Everything you can need at a reasonable price.

It would be ideal to let everyone know that a passport or id is required to stay. This is more a booking.com.issue than the hotels and shouldn't not be a bad reflection on them since it's a law whilst in Spain

Excellent location, fairly quiet even though so near to the Plaza del Charco. Staff in reception helpful but not intrusive. The room was clean and had most equipment needed.

Having to pay an extra charge for a balcony, the early morning bin emptying right outside and the lack of a kettle.

All kitchen appliances in need of upgrading microwave not working properly and missing grill rack oven not working all pot handles loose no lights in cooking area extractor fan and no kettle

Good location, friendly staff,close to the beach, restaurants and shops . There is a nice terrace with a pool. I found it a good value for the offered price. The room was simple and furniture not new but again still great value for price and you have all you need in there. I would definitely recommend this place ❤

The location was perfect. Near the beach, near natural pools, near the pools of Lago Martianez. Near many shops and restaurants and 5 min away of the bus station. The staff was very very nice and helped us with any enquires. The pool was clean. The hotel is not very new but for the money it was great. It also has a small kitchenette which I didn’t use but it had a fridge which was really good. Also, for a small amount of extra money you could get a room with a balcony, which is great if you are a smoker.

It was a little noisy at night on the street.

Only one electric plug in the room, not ideally located up the wall... The room was also extremely dark but we we were outside all the time.

Very noisy with people shouting about midnight and I awoke at 3am with more loud voices. Too hot to have the balcony door shut. Not the hotels problem. Need a fan in the room

We really liked it. The staff was very helpful, especially the reception boy. :) :) The breakfast was very good. And the pool on the roof is very cool cool cool cool. :) :)

There is no such thing.

It is a comfortable hotel, and great locationj, for shopping, and restaurants. Our room ovdrlooked the Hotel entry, but no noise. It was 4th floor.

I feel that the bath room fixtures are outdated and could be replaced. But nevertheless we enjoyed the room.

Everything was really good. The room was very nice. It cost its money. Comfortably and cosy. I enjoyed my holiday. Got a lot ofimpressions
