Kind of new hotel in a good location (close everything, but not the busiest street so not too loud around), amazing rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed great breakfast with the view of Teide (upstairs there is also a bar and a swimming pool which brings good vibes). The room was spacious (esp. the bathroom), extremely clean. The beds were comfy. Staff friendly and always helpful. We stayed for 5 nights, and had a room without balcony (as we didn't spend too much time at the place, and the rooftop terrace was enough). Good value for money, would definitely go again!

There was literally nothing bad.

The hotel is decorated and finished to a high standard. Very clean and fresh. The restaurant/ bar with a roof terrace overlooking the town was excellent. Staff are polite, helpful and were very facilitating for a family.

The room did not have any tea or coffee making facilities. Though I believe there were provisions in the reception and at the restaurant/ bar sometimes leaving the room isn't convenient.

Good buffet breakfast served on 5th floor of hotel which included a roof top terrace with nice views. Option of some freshly cooked hot food available to order. Decent clean room with nice shower. Hotel just off one of the main squares - so was quiet apart from the night when the Carnival was on.

Coffee was disappointing as from an automatic machine - which had big queues at breakfast some days as only 1 out of the 2 machines were working. Would have appreciated some nice granola (cereals offered were basic) - but this is really being fussy - as breakfast was in general very good. Parking not available at the hotel - but wasn't far to the free large parking lot between the beaches - so wasn't an issue apart from arriving and departing if you have lots of luggage.

Excellent location. Has everything you need around but is just off the touristy and loud part of the city. Breakfast vas very good, could have had more vegetables, but I guess it's a cultural thing for the island not to eat them that much. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was supposed to have a mount Teide view, which it didn't. The mountain was behind the opposing building. It wasn't a big thing for me, because I didn't spend a lot of time on the balcony, but I could understand somebody else getting upset about it. Don't add it as a feature for the room if it's not there.

Great hotel in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, close to the beaches, shops, restaurants, bus stations, basically anything you would need during your stay. The hotel itself, rooms and common areas and all very modern in their design. The breakfast has a large variety for all tastes. It offers open buffet options, as well as warm meals on demand, no extra charge. The plus is that you can have it on the rooftop terrace overlooking mount Teide. The rooftop pool and lounge area give a nice alternative to spending your day. Be aware of the schedule: winter schedule - pool open between 11:00 and 17:00 and summer schedule - pool open between 11:00 and 19:00. In the evenings the rooftop bar is open and you can enjoy a nice drink in a calming atmosphere.

Wifi did not always work, and when it did, it was a bit slow. The pool could have been a bit warmer, given the winter season.

The location is very good, both in Puerto de la Cruz and on the island. As Tenerife has plenty of problems with residual waters that are washed directly into the sea, the northern part has clean beaches, so this is a plus. The hotel is close to many restaurants, sisha bars, supermarkets. Comfy beds, you can ask for a softer pillow, good housekeeping.

Everything was good, except for the sun umbrellas on the rooftop. We tried to sit by the pool one afternoon, but the umbrellas were broken and we could not install them by ourselves. We had to ask at the reception for help. A gentleman helped us find a good umbrella...but the cover was broken. The bottom part of the umbrella was too light and wind would blow it, we had to keep it with our hands, not the best experience.

Great loation, overall really nice staff & clean, lovely rooftop bar with good value drinks. Sadly did not use the pool as it was a bit chilly out but it looked nice.

Probably depends on room - it can get a bit noisy, so pack earplugs. Breakfast has some tasty options - so this is a small thing, but offering cut up kiwis or oranges in a buffet that are not peeled is quite a hassle, esp. if one wants to add them to a yoghurt (no musli or much else in terms of healthier cereals was on offer). Also more vegetables would be a good addition.

The hotel is in an excellent location ,the rooms are well appointed and everywhere is spotlessly clean plus the staff are all very friendly. The roof top bar and pool are very nice with great views over the city and the breakfasts are good. We would definitely stay here again

The pool is not open until 1100 and closes at 1700 . While our room was very nice and an excellent size it overlooked a courtyard area which did make it a little darker and you neeeded to have lights on most of the time there were rooms with balconies and if we were to stay again we would probably have one of those rooms instead but this was our choice when we booked.

Very good breakfast served on nice rooftop terrace (with Teide view). Good WiFi connection. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom with big, non-leaking shower area.

Bad soundproofing; with closed windows you can hear everything happening outside, in the street. The same goes for cleaning & maintenance activities carried out on hotel corridors. The beds could be better: the furniture itself is light, not really stable, the matress is rather thin. The quality of bed sheets / linen is not great.

The hotel is very nice, super clean and the rooms were bigger than I had expected. The staff in the hotel were great to deal with, we arrived last minute without a booking and the guys at reception were very accommodating to help get us a room for 10 nights. The pool area is very relaxing with lots of very comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. The rooftop has a nice shaded seating area where you can work if you are a digital nomad which during my stay I saw many people do.

The rooftop bar is open at odd times but there are lots of supermarkets within walking distance that you can go to to get drinks to bring up to the rooftop pool.
