The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town. We loved the chimes of local church clocks (silent between 11pm and 7am!) We adored the architecture, the hotel's beautiful galleried lobby is stunning.I last stayed here 49 years ago! The staff were all super. It was lovely to sit at tables outside and watch the world go by.

Breakfast could have been improved. The drinks machines need to be spaced out more because the area got very congested. Hot water from the machines is not hot enough to make a decent cup of tea and I could only find one ordinary teabag. An industrial sized revolving toaster rather than a domestic pop up toaster would serve that number of people so much better.

The stuff was absolutely perfect, the server (tall guy) amazing!!! I like breakfast and dinner - price was very good for all you get.

Sometimes there wasn´t any vegetables for a breakfast and juice from automat is not tasty. Music from outside is nice but a problem when you want to go to the bed earlier - that was the main reason I decided cancel my next reservation.

Staff very helpful and friendly great locación very centre but no parking so it cost is 17€ night extra and a reasonable walk.

We booked a superior room and requested a sea view but most importantly a quite room as we are both light sleepers, however the room we were given was near the church which had clock bells chimming every 15 mins, so we requested an alternative and the only room they could offer was a standard room which was nicer than the superior room but no discount/refund was offered. The breakfast was good but dinner was a buffet and was ok but not as good as we would have liked.

Wonderful hotel located in the heart of the town, yet not noisy at all when the restaurants close at night. Charming Spanish building adjacent to a newer more modern building. Rooms have a good size, and are clean, with a strong shower. Small rooftop pool with a gorgeous view of the sea. Good breakfast. For such a moderate cost, guests are largely older and polite. Unbeatable value for money if the chiming of the church bell doesn’t bother you.

A small fridge would be an amazing addition. Everything else more than meets expectations for such a value price. I stayed there pre-covid and returned to find the same high level of service in place.

Breakfast was OK, but no decent tea. Lovely location, very central. Bed linen and towels good quality and very clean.

Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fantastic location, lovely old hotel in very central location, in the heart of old town and few minutes walk to the beach. We booked last minute and got a good price. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. We visited in September and the air com was not working but I asked at reception & they provided us with a fan. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, really good selection. Outside bar in hotel was lovely and most evenings had live spanish singer with guitar , prices of drinks very good and reasonable, glass of wine 1.70. Hotel did have a small roof top swiming pool which we did not use, no bar up on rooftop. Did not use this area so cant comment. I did book this with booking.com and within 24 hours I found the price cheaper by 25% on another website and booking.com were excellent and price matching this. They issued refund after our stay. Only thing I would say here is you do need to get the price match guarantee and submit claim to them within 24 hours. Overall, we loved this hotel and look forward to returning.

Bar stay open abit longer in the evenings, may have been because we visited out of season. Loved the live singer in the outside bar. Staff were excellent and so helpful.

The guy at the front desk veeeeery friendly and helpfull. It’s middle in the center, so easy access to restaurants, shops and so on.

It was little poor internet access, very often it just dissapeared. Breakfast at the middle range.

The location was excellent in the middle of historic centre you can walk every where, beautiful old Canaran style foyer in hotel, facing onto beautiful square. Our room had a large balcony and view of sea and square , staff were lovely, room was simply furnished (rm 505) but bathroom was upgraded , it suited us fine .

No air conditioning but with leaving curtains closed and patio doors open it worked fine. Food for breakfast /dinner buffet was sufficient but not exciting and ambience a bit canteen-y... but staff lovely and being in centre of town we ate out a lot so no big deal for us.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was much bigger than i expected and the balcony had a nice view which was lovely. I was travelling alone but felt very comfortable in the hotel and the staff were helpful. Overall i had a nice time

The breakfast was fine but I thought the coffee wasnt very good.
