Awesome location with beautiful balcony and swimming pool on the roof. There is a great opportunity to eat and drink around in different cafés and restaurant and also to explore the city, because it is literary in the city centre. Few minutes from bus stations, to the beach or to the main plaza.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. I loved the location! Quick access to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and the ocean front. Easily accessible by public bus. Spacious room with plenty of power plugs. Rooftop pool was very cute. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The wifi signal was weaker than I'd liked - it would disconnect unless I'm in a particular spot in the room. The church nearby rings its bells all the time (not the hotel's fault, obviously) but I slept fine with earplugs in.

4 dreams,,,,its name fits perfectly,,,really everything was a dream,,,clean rooms,lounger on the balcony,super cool pool with sunbeds and very clean,roommates with a lot of common sense and very kind (especially the maid on the 4th floor), but what impressed me the most was the gesture of the gentleman at the reception (with a rose tattooed on his neck) who helped us carry our luggage to the car,,,,anytime I would come back with great love ,,, Well done, keep it up ,,,4dreams,,, all respect,,,

Outstanding for location and price. I enjoyed the roof terrace with the plung pool. The public areas of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are just lovely and quirky. 24h, friendly reception and right in the heart of Puerto De La Cruz.

Didn't complain but there was a large school group that could have been quieter but then kids will be kids... it's a great budget hotel so the odd group booking is to be expected.

We spent 2 nights at the 4DREAMS Hotel on a very busy weekend of July. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived and all along our stay. The room was very clean and we could feel that all the resort was very well kept.. The hotel is very central and close to the port. The roof terrace with pool was a plus!

There was no air conditioning in our room, only a small fan was provided. Our room was facing a noisy street, with loud voices coming from a near bar until 3am.

The hotel is in the center which is great, everything is super close (shops, bars, clubs, bus station). It was pretty quiet and our room had a nice balcony. The room was cleaned every single day and it smelled so nice. Puerto de la Cruz it's such a beautiful city. The wifi was not working, but we talked with the girl from the reception and she re-started the router and it started working. I would recommend this place, you have everything near the hotel and that's a plus. 😊

great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely, fully equipped room with fan, fridge and comfortable bed. The terrace was lovely but a view would have made it amazing!

We paid extra for breakfast and it was disappointing; powdered orange juice which was undrinkable, the food on the hot plate was luke warm, no yolks in the fried eggs and hot dog sausages from a jar! The muffin style cakes were stale and there were no croissants or pain au chocolat which are the little touches you’d expect for a three star hotel.

the location, the price and the staff are all amazing. most of the staff was very helpful but especially David who usually was working at night. my father and I stayed for 2 weeks and he was extremely helpful not only with getting our Wi-Fi to work so we could still do our work but also with helping my 85 year old dad almost every night with the vending machine for late night snacks. the housekeepers also deserve a shout out for how friendly and accommodating they were. would definitely stay here again

just a few little annoyances but you have to remember how much the room cost. if you’re looking for 5 star accommodation maybe its not for you and if you’re extremely picky maybe it’s not for you. but realistically considering how affordable the rooms are you cannot complain at all and if you want to experience downtown life in puerto de La cruz where you can walk to anything you need it cannot be beat. any minor issue we had was taken care of with no problem and that’s really all anyone can ask for.

Perfect location for staying in the central heart of the city and close to the Ocean. Love the hotel room, hotel room inside decoration, everyday room service and lovely smell all around the hotel! One of the most cleanest hotel I have till now visited. Happy to visit again and highly recommend

Wi-Fi connection could be developed but also not a major issue!
