Very nice hotel!. It is located on the other side of the river, but there is a regular water bus available to the city center. Rooms are comfortable, various food is available for breakfast.

Problems with the parking lot - payment machine was not working, but application available for Swedish residents only. Reception staff advised alternatives. However, such rank hotel without a normal parking lot, available for clients, is not ok. Small stuff, but anyway - the vanity kit in the room was used before us :( and not changed.

The room was good as expected very functional comfortable layout, access to hot tubs , sauna and gym included with the room ( although no swimming pool available). Location was also nice - easy access to the ferry to city center

There was an issue with the toilet flush which they fixed. Also for first time travelers it could be little confusing as to how to reach the hotel from the main train station or airport. Basically you need to avail a ferry from Stenpiren ( which takes 5 minutes overall) so once you know it is very easy and convenient. Also breakfast and dinner gets very busy so ensure to book place ahead of time.

It’s a standard four-star hotel in the city, although the jacuzzi cannot bubbel, it’s worth using to warm yourself up. The room facilities are OK, and the breakfast tastes very fresh and tasty. Evening meal is not bad also. The reception staff are very kind and patient.

The first time encounter the cleaning staff swiped the door card repeatedly and turned the door handle to try to open the door because they forgot to hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the morning. At least try more than 10 times in a short period of time, so that the child is a little scared. Feeling interrupted on holiday mornings.

The staff at the front came across as knowledgeable, pleasant, well-trained and seemed to enjoy their work. What a joy! Originally I ended up booking for 3 days and ended up staying like 10 or so days.

It would have been helpful to have something I could hang on the door alerting cleaning staff when the room needed cleaning and at what time. With more people working from their hotel rooms doing zooms, working remote, etc, it would have been easier than having to ask for room service so assertively. That said, everytime I asked for room service at the front it was handled swiftly. I couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and their training having left a hotel with mediocre, taciturn staff members.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Rooms very nice and fancy. Great view from the roof terrace. We had dinner both times at the hotel restaurant and both times food was great, service was outstanding, our waitress Saga took great care of us and really made us feel welcome.

The only minor thing I would say is that in the shower the gap between the glass doors was like half an inch so water was leaking out, and light over the sync was quite dim, I guess it makes it more romantic but harder to put on makeup, but it’s really a small thing to pick on

The breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choices to satisfy every diet and preference, including special items like ginger shot drinks, swedish pancakes and meatballs, and more. The rooftop spa area with hot tubs, sauna and loungers is also wonderful - wish I could have spent more time up there. The nearby free boat bus to cross the river was also very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower was also refreshing.

I wish the hours for the spa area were longer (only 4pm to 9pm), especially since you had to book by the hour (although included in cost of hotel stay).

Very modern, nicely equiped hotel, the rooms are spacious. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace. At breakfast there was a wide variety of high quality foods. There is direct access to all types of public transport.

The location is not central, but the area is very modern and provides good connections with the city, only problem is during the night, when you have to take a taxi. The whole wellness concept with people drinking alcohol in the hot pools and wearing swimming suits in the sauna is a bit strange. Not able to open windows in the rooms.

+ The hotel is very easy to get to with public transport. + The room we stayed in was a disabled access room (not requested) and was very comfortable. + The wellness centre on the top floor is a nice little extra which we did not know was included before our stay. + The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.

Just small things really - the water pressure of the shower wasn’t all that good, there was nothing in the minibar (we mightn’t have used it but the option would be nice) and there was hardly any storage space for clothes.

Staff could not have been more welcoming or accomodating. Dinner was excellent as well as the breakfast, and the bar had some very good cocktails. Beds were comfortable, rooms perfect temperature and not stuffy. Hotel was 5 mins from the free ferry into the centre of Gothenburg. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come again.

Restaurant is closed every Sunday evening, which was not at all an insurmountable problem as there was a nice pizza place around the corner. We were disappointed not to be able to try more of the great food at the hotel!

High-quality hotel, from breakfast to comfort. The staff is really nice, helpful and smiling. Only a brown lady with a vacuum cleaner during breakfast is not so friendly. She vacuums under our legs and doesn't stop even when she sees we are not really happy about it. She comes a bit aggressively to the table to take empty plates, without a word and is somehow not friendly.

Wi fi in rooms is not so good. Also, SPA facilities look not so appealing. Even when I went there to see, it is somehow "lower" in quality.
