We did pay for the best rom you have at the hotell. It was okay, big and stuff. But we can smell pee in the room. We don't know why. We did pay a lot for this room and that not okay. We did find a card for the last guest. super weird, but the room is big and good and the breakfast is super good. We did not have room service. Why do you don't have that? it is a 5 star hotell that don't have it and that's weird.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station but the exercise is definitely worth it. The building has real charm and character (despite being part of a chain) and the room we had was fine and we felt that we got very good value for the money. The staff were helpful and informative. The location seems at first glance to be a bit out of the way but it really isn't. The breakfast was quite good except for the scrambled eggs that were made from powder. I hate powdered eggs but that's just me.

Room... very comfortable.... good shower... room was at back of hotel..... no view... but did not matter. Breakfast... great choice of breakfast... cold and hot... even had lactose free milk in one of the three carafes of milk.. Location... great... close to tram.... couple of stations from central... Pub under Hotel was great... really friendly staff..

at breakfast the waffle maker was only there at the weekend... perhaps it could have been given a permanent position... other than that ... no complaints

One report I read said not near town centre how wrong they were, easy walk or tram is outside the hotel if needed. We took the room upgrade just for more room to relax and it was worth it. Breakfast was good and there was choices

Being a UK thing, there was no milk by the cereal. room could had more tea bags again UK thing These are so small things to say and not a problem

The location, facilities and staff are all wonderful. My suitcase arrived late, but the man at the reception who helped me at that time was very impressed with his excellent Japanese. I was so surprised to find a staff member in Sweden who spoke perfect Japanese that I couldn't say anything on the spot, but I am very grateful. I want to say thank you again. I had a good stay. I will come here again.

The breakfast was extraordinary: nice collection of different types of food and high quality! It was nice to find a little relax centre - with good fitness equipment. Cosy room in a classy environment.

The room, being small, was slightly packed with big pieces of furniture. The area of the relax centre was a little sad, down in the cellar. Breakfast staff correct but a little cold in their greetings.

Beautiful Junior suite in the most beautiful hotel in Gothenburg in my opinion. Beds are really comfortable in comparison to other hotels I stayed. Facilities in the room are more than great, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, clothing steamer, Nespresso, tea etc

Wasn't much we didn't like. I booked a deluxe double room through Booking. Later on upgraded to Junior suite through the hotel. When checking in we we offered the deluxe double room instead of the junior suite. We had to specifically ask if the upgrade came through. Not a a bad experience, but you would expect more.

We really couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel was perfectly located among many sites. Walked everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel but the bar and restaurants of the hotel were fantastic. The included breakfast was a winner. Excellent food and coffee. The staff were excellent. Special mention of Sebastian. Thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was truly delicious, and the high-quality food made my mornings even better. Although the room was well facilitated, it was missing an electrical kettle. However, the comfortable bed made up for it, and I slept soundly. One thing that stood out was the hotel's pleasant scent, which added to the overall enjoyable stay.
