Hotel Flora is such a beautiful, quirky hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors, I was taken aback by how pretty and stylish it was. Then, every staff member we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. The room was stunning with a nice view of the street behind the hotel. The bed was by far the comfiest, and the pillows were unbelievable. The next morning, we received breakfast, and everything we chose was cooked or baked to perfection, especially the bacon. It is also in a perfect location as it is quite central for everything. I can't thank the staff enough for making our short trip to Gothenburg such a memorable one. We will definitely return someday and recommend to family, friends and anyone who asks 😊

I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Flora; all the staff were extremely welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful! This beautiful boutique hotel is situated perfectly within the city and within yards of lovely shops and the river / scenic park. My single room was very stylish, comfortable and clean; I had everything I needed and with a view of a cute courtyard. There was an abundance of delicious food choices at breakfast and a bonus to be able to eat until 11am at the weekend. A big thank you to the lovely lady at Reception who went out of her way to help when I was trying to rescue a baby seagull outside the hotel! 🤗 I can’t wait to stay at Hotel Flora again soon!

The personnel was great. Very helpful and happy to attend you. The bed was good! That's all really important if you're traveling for work.

No much privacy in the room as the windows are right in front of an office and you don't feel too comfortable keeping curtains open, so you kinda spend all day in a dark room with artificial light. Breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast amazing and staff professional, smiling and efficient. Kept all nice and tidy. The reception area is very well interior designed and has a great atmosphere. Bed comfortable.

My pre - sent request for a quiet located room was not fulfilled. Got a room just by the entrance door of the floor where the heavy door banged noisy every time someone entered floor.. I got a smaller room at another floor far away in the corridor. No noise. Slept great. But had to spend time both in the evening and in the morning to explain for different staff about it, not a great customer experience. Would have preferred if staff was attentive enough to see my request when assigning rooms for the night and avoiding all unnecessary mess.

Good location within walking distance to most attractions. The hotel was clean throughout. Our room was a quiet room with excellent black-out curtains, a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice food and a good choice for breakfast.

The restaurant shut at 9 pm so we didn't get much choice from the menu when we arrived at 8:45pm. Breakfast is from 7:30am so we couldn't get breakfast on our last day before leaving for the airport at 7:30am. Air con was a little too warm, couldn't find the temp control.

We love this hotel and have stayed multiple times. Very comfy, great location on the edge of the city centre. Really good breakfast included.

Just two things. The bed moves about a bit on the hard wood floor so if you or your partner roll about during the night you may get woken up. The shampoo and shower gel are mounted far too high above the bathtub. This is a safety problem if you have a bath as you have to stand to use them and would be at risk of slipping. (they're the same height as in the separate shower).

Hotel is in a great location, staff very friendly. Rooms were quirky and individually decorated, which made a nice change after a number of standard chain hotels. Coffee freely available down the corridor. Would definitely stay there again.

Shower was really difficult to figure out - needs a sign for directions (apparently we weren't the first to have issues with it). Breakfast was okay, maybe a little less choice than we would have liked and the way it was laid out meant there were queuing issues.

We loved how warm and welcoming the hotel is and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It has a lot more charme tham the classic chain hotels, but could probably use an interior update soon. Breakfast was very good.

Not the property, but the staff could have told us a bit more about the facilities when we checked in. We just found out on the day of departure that there was a terrace, a rooftop, a library and a very good cafe/restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t manage to try.

Charming building with stylish rooms and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast selection and great location in the city.

Our first room was smaller than described and there was only a small window facing the inner court where there was a ventilator shaft underneath making noise (room 206, avoid…). Luckily there was another room available in the same category so we could switch. Ventilation overall not great.

Location is optimal right in the centre of Gothenburg. Hotel and rooms are decorated in an original manner. Room was very spacious and clean. Very silent.

The opnly remark I have is that there weren't any electricity plugs next to the bed. This meant leaving my phone during the night at the desk for recharging. Since I (like I suppose most people) use the phone as a bedside alarm clock, this was not ideal.
