Overall happy with our stay.! Our room was on the 5th floor with a large size window overseeing the Gothenburg canal and downtown GTB. The guys at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Robert for being flexible and accommodating. There were 4 elevators available through out the building which shortens the time on waiting for one.

No phones in the rooms to contact the front desk or room service or house keeping. Had to take the elevator down to the lobby a few times to get to speak to the front desk. They have a contact number available which is displayed in the rooms. It's a bit, inconvenient specially if you don't have a European number or are from the States. I have stayed in many 4 or 5 star hotels around the world and I must say that this was the first time I came across a set up like this hotel.

Staff was friendly, warm and welcoming - they accommodated all requests and answered all questions. Check-in & check-out was very efficient. Room had a good size, very clean, comfortable bed. The only drawback was our view to a construction site - but you can't fault the hotel for that. Relax & Spa (sauna) was very good and clean, rooftop bar was excellent with a good selection of drinks and small meals. Breakfast was good - very good variety of food and drinks. Parking is okay, though limited. Direct access from the garage to rooms. There is a restaurant on site - very good food, but please book in advance and not on the day! Excellent views from the 10th floor while you get a "tapas style" sharing experience of exceptional Chinese food. Good access to city center with free & paid ferries. Though on weekends the schedules aren't as frequent.

The hotel has no downsides apart from other guests who tended to be quite pushy and one could question if they have ever been to a hotel before. The area is being redeveloped so there is quite a lot of gravel around, but give it a year and it will be a lovely location. Not many places around for food, so you do need to venture into the city for dinner.

Situated in Hsingen, this brand new hotel offers an opportunity to stay in the middle of the science & technology development part of the city, with views close up to the river/sea. Within a stone's throw to the bus station (pumpgatan station, lines 16/58), the hotel is quite convenient to reach by the public transport from the central train & bus stations. Clean, modern, comfortable with a variety of breakfast choices, the hotel resonates with Scadinavia design features and professional service which are quite impressive in terms of “soft/subtle" parts. Will certainly check out the possibility to stay at this hotel next time in Gothenburg

This is a brand new, modern hotel, on an up-and-coming area of Gothenburg. Away from the main City Centre, but easy to get to via public transport or driving. I was visiting the Volvo Car Museum and so the location was perfect. There is plenty of car parking opposite (which is pay by app, and cheaper than the hotel's parking garage, but be aware you can only park in certain areas, which the hotel staff made clear to me). The rooftop bar is cool with an amazing view across the river to the city and the bridge. It was a very comfortable hotel and the staff were very friendly.

It was rather expensive, but then there was a Coldplay concert on while I was there. The parking garage is limited space and as we didn't prebook (didn't know I needed to), there wasn't space.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. The location is not really ok at the moment, because there is construction work going on around it. Restaurant Fei is highly recommended, very nice atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food.

There are problems with parking. We did not get a parking lot under the hotel, but a parking lot is available a short walk away. When we started communicating with the hotel about parking, we initially received a link to reserve a parking lot under the hotel, but there was no space left. In general, it is possible to temporarily leave the car at the hotel entrance to deal with the luggage, and then park the car nearby.

New. Clean and comfortable

It advertised parking but they didn’t have enough and even the additional parking down the road all requiring to be paid for was not enough for all the guests Breakfast was a nightmare prior to visiting I was asked to book a slot in the dinning room for both days, when we got there they said they didn’t use that system and to just go early as it got busy, there were not enough tables and around some of the serving stations people were queuing which all appeared to be avoidable. On the plus the staff clearing the tables were excellent and didn’t stop.

The hotel seems to be brand new, it's upscale modern and very good equipped. My room was spacious, full of light with a very nice view of the water and docks. The bathroom is also quite spacious with everything needed provided: towels, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space, I slept very well on it. I also enjoyed a very good breakfast, which was diverse and delicious. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful - top-class hospitality! I was allowed to check in much earlier than the official time and also got a room with a better view. I've loved the rooftop bar - drinks are delicious, the view is amazing, and great music!

There is not much to mention here. For some people it might be a little inconvenience that there are some contructions near the hotel as the area is being redeveloped, but this fact didn't bring me any inconveniences.

The breakfast is pretty much my favourite thing about the hotel. Love it

The pillows are too big for me, and the smaller ones are a bit too soft. It would be nice to be able to request slightly harder ones for people who sleep on the sides like me. Also, would be good to be able to brighten the room up with a dimmer switch, the main light is really low light. Would be good to have accessible switches for the main light near the bed too. The controls for the A/C are a bit confusing

Breakfast was very good.. plenty of choice and very fresh produce. The location of the hotel was in the middle of a business park with no access to walking to the city center or to any amenities.. eg restaurants, cafes, convenience stores.. it was completely isolated. The bus to the city was regular.. every 15 minutes.. and was an approximate 10 minute ride. The location of the hotel had no atmosphere what so ever.

The description of the hotels position on booking.com could be a lot more accurate giving a true picture of the location.

Sleek, modern, very nice design hotel with great views and very nice front desk man, who regardless of the hour of the day/night always greeted us with a smile and kind conversation. Peaceful, great atmosphere. Amazing breakfast buffet.

There was an issue with the temperature panel in the room. Since the windows cannot be opened, the temperature is operated only via the wall panel. However, regardless of what temperature was set on it, the room was at almost 24 degrees all the time. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep in and very dry with no fresh air in the room. Even when approaching the staff about this, we were told that a technician will come to have a look at it, but never came. :(
