The hotel is perfectly situated, with only a 2-minute walk from the airport bus stop and right in the heart of the city. It's really easy to reach any location in Gothenburg from there. The hotel was well heated and cosy. The rooms were large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine.

The room could have been better cleaned as the windows and the floors were dusty. I also had trouble working out the electrical outlets. Some of them were turned off and I had to use a general button by the entrance door to turn on the outlets on the other side of the room. I saw that other guests noted a lack of an elevator. Indeed, I had to climb one set of stairs but it was not an issue with a small suitcase. Overall these inconveniences were minor.

Location is unbeatable, right in between of the touristic area and the area where the locals hang out, room was small but really really comfy, bathroom was great, staff extremely friendly and welcoming! A hotel with personality where I would definitely go again. Breakfast isn't fancy but there's really everything you need, won't leave you unsatisfied Wifi is also very fast

very minor thing, perhaps a couple of international channels on the TV would have been great, anyway with the fast wifi you will find stuff to watch easily, so it's not even a criticism

Very helpful woman at the reception got me a room only one flight up when I mentioned i wanted to take my folding bike to my room.

Lack of elevator. I am 74. I managed (three trips to get all my stuff up the stairs) but it was not easy. And I witnessed several other older people struggling with their luggage. (Again, the young woman at the reception was trying to help them. She went above and beyond)

The location in the downtown area is excellent, from walking distance to shops, the train station, and the beautiful park with a must-see greenhouse. The decoration of corridors and entrance are very cozy, as well as a living room with books and the coffee break room. Breakfast is good.

The room I got was at the central courtyard level that serves as a parking lot was huge for one person, so not very warm. Besides, it was not very well illuminated, and I had a feeling to be a part of the other guests. The access was confusing since I did late check-in, and the instructions to access the room were in Swedish. By the other hand, this room is large enough for 4 people with a kitchen and an excellent bathroom.

Location, very clean and comfortable bed. Big bathroom and hairdryer supplied. Good breakfast selection. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. We could drop off our bags off before check in time and leave them there on day of check out until our departure. Overall we highly rated this hotel and staff.

Need bigger pillows and the stairs is a bit of a workout after being out walking all day.

Good location, conveniently located in the city center, close to many shops and not far from Gothenburg Central Station. I arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m. and the staff allowed me to check in. In fact, I had to check in at 3 p.m. I was very impressed.

There is no elevator. I had a large suitcase which made it difficult to carry it up the stairs.

good location- just a short walk to central station and shops and restaurants. friendly staff, clean, nice elemis toiletries, electric jug in the room and selection of teas and instant coffee, safe in room and reasonably priced bar onsite. breakfast ok would have liked more fresh fruit with cereal.

No lift as it’s an older building but was helped with my bag. No spoon or stirrer in room for hot drink.

Location is good, accessible on a walking distance from central station. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. We requested a crib for our baby and it was provided, and the staff were so helpful everytime we asked for something extra to make baby food. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is old, so the furniture is not upgraded, but it has its charm so wouldn't include it as a minus.

The only inconvenience is that the hotel does not have a lift, and our room was on the second floor. It was slightly inconvenient since we have a baby and some heavy luggage. But the staff were so nice and they offered our help. Since the building is old, the walls are not well insulated - so it was a bit noisy as people walked in the hall outside our room.

Pleasant hotel - very clean, 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Good breakfast. Peaceful location. The hotel had some chairs and tables on landings with board games - we didn't have time to play these but it's great they have these games.

Not a problem for us, but there is no lift - and long corridors to get to rooms which may be an issue for others.

Brilliant location. Good for station and airport and shops/restaurants but in quieter Street. Cheerful and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and good breakfast. Having the courtyard to sit in was a bonus especially in the hot weather. Nice to have coffee available after breakfast.

Can't really think of anything. Would definitely stay again.
