Hotel was very central. A cross road from Bus Terminal (where airport bus starts) and train station and many trams/buses. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked - you do book time slot day before as can get very busy Also use same system to get room cleaned, so if you prefer room untouched just don't book. Clean towels available if need Next to massive shopping centre so water, snacks, forgotten toiletries all available. Didn't eat dinner here, but saw others eating what was available and it looked good. Nice bar area with friendly staff

Prices in bar were quite expensive. Swedish booze prices are high anyway, but hotel prices add to that. Aircon in room was working but no way to change temp as centrally controlled. Seemed a bit hit and miss what you got in room. In my friend group, I got kettle and coffee/tea making, but not fridge. Another got fridge but no kettle

Location, good reception staff, speedy lifts, good constant room temp, very comfortable bed, breakfast included - and it was a fabulous breakfast with wide ranging choice, hot and fresh. Good comfortable bar.

Our room - and other family members on the 6th floor were similar - wasn’t very big. This was compared to the rooms occupied by other family members on the 8th floor. This would not have worried us but we know we were all charged the same amount for these ‘standard’ rooms. Also we had not tea/coffee facilities in our room whilst others did. But the thing we really didn’t like was that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, towels renewed, even though we were there for 6 nights.

The location is quite convenient, right next to Nordstan shopping center, where you can find basically everything, from clothes to super markets and pharmacy, and it is just in front of Gothenburg 's main train and bus stations. Breakfast was very good. I just missed the fruit salad during the last days of my stay (on previous days, there was fruit salad). The hotel has a reasonably good gym. The room was ok, I had no problems (everything was working) and it was comfortable enough.

The first times I entered the hotel, I could feel frying smell coming from the hotel restaurant, which is besides the reception. That was definitely not good. There isn't a wardrobe in the room; very limited space for hangers only. The two small shelfs above the hangers (which are quite high, so probably most people don't use them) were extremelly dusty, so I had to clean them before putting my clothes there.

The hotels is centrally located and offers parking. The breakfast is great and there ample choice of both food and drinks. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean. The staff are polite and friendly. Great choice for a family trip or going with friends. Recommended!

A bit annoying with a code on the bathrooms in the reception area. would be better if they would be open so that everyone could just use at their own when they need to - instead of having to go ask for a code...

The hotel was fantastic, staff were very good, one issue, very comfortable, close to the City Centre, shops were close, resteraunts also close by, breakfasts were good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only downside was it was my birthday break away & the staff didn't get it. They put us into an ok room when our friends got an all singing & dancing room. They did move us, eventually after complaining about it. Also, nothing against Metallica weekends at all but the background music got a bit much as well.

Whenever we spoke to staff at reception they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had in a hotel for a long time. Great location near the centre of Gothenburg train and bus stations.

Having to opt-IN to have your room cleaned is not ideal. We were not given the option when checking in late at night and were unable to do so on-line for the following day.

Simple but clean rooms; breakfast was great with plenty of fresh hot and cold choices. nice bar area and great location for the shopping centre and tram stops, pretty gardens. not too far to walk to the main road of restaurants.

Rooms are small and basic, no kettle without requesting. One towel each, had to book to use the pool, book to have breakfast and book to have room cleaned - felt a bit self-service.

Room at inner court so no hard noises coming from the street as in Malmö... Nice breakfast/bar facilities. Nice vegan options (but everything sweet was actually too sweet for my taste)

Smaller rooms then Malmö. No floormat in bathroom; beds bit harder to get used too... No little freezer on the room. Heavy room doors banging closed...

The breakfast spread was great and appreciated that they had a booking service for the pool and sauna. Location is fantastic, just outside the central station and very close to the tram that I had to take to my business meeting.

The downside is that the rooms didn't have a kettle, tea or coffee. For someone who is travelling on business, I didn't have the time to rush down to get a cuppa. So that was a shame. Beds were too soft for my liking, but that's just me.

I requested early check in one month before arriving but unfortunately the staff kept me more than one hour waiting in lobby after that I asked the reception please we want the room urgent because my wife was sick and tired she told me if want the room you can bay 150 crones. I say ok and direct she give me the room. the big question is if the room is ready why she kept me waiting with my family in lobby ?????
