- good location - small bedroom but I love the way it is furnished, with the bed close to a big window, like in a loft. - hair dryer

- the name of the hotel, I went to the other one "confort hotel" instead of "confort hotel city" The person there told me it happens often. - no international channels on TV - having to choose a slot for the breakfast, the principle of holidays is to not have a schedule for anything so this breakfast slot is annoying. - strong urine smell in the bathroom - I was alone but for a couple, the room would be too small

Breakfast was fantastic, very good selection and time/window to eat. Modern design. Day reception staff were really good and helpful. Location is very convenient. Kitchen/fridge (all guests shared) is very useful.

Night staff made us feel uncomfortable/ unwelcome in the reception area. We were told the kitchen was closed and the lobby was closed at 10:30pm so we couldn’t hang out or use the bar. Unwinding in the bar of a hotel at the end of a day before heading up to bed is something I expect from any hotel. We booked a double room and we’re given a room with two single beds. Didn’t complain though as we knew we wouldn’t spend much time in the room on our trip.

Location was excellent, easy to find being a few minutes walk from Central Station, where not only trains arrive but buses are available to and from the airport for about AUD20.00. Staff were at Reception on arrival, very friendly and helpful, and information booklets available in many languages. The hotel culture is "environmentally aware", has a great seating area as you enter, and a pleasant dining area. The breakfast was exceptional, so much on offer, very fresh and wholesome. They had a breakfast bag ready for me the day I departed at 4am. The room was clean, small but all I needed to rest and sleep between sightseeing days, a large very comfy bed with good bed linen , and bathroom towels. Great value !

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the city with so many things to do around the area! Breakfast was satisfactory, I don't think I'd have any complaints for the breakfast services. The staff were super kind and welcoming which was a really great start to our stay.

The only thing I wish was different was our room. It was meant for 2 people, but it was quite difficult having to move around, especially with our luggages as well. I wish the room was a bit more spacious. I think this room could've worked better for just one guest.

There is a possibility to remain eco-friendly whilst ensuring a proper balance with safety and cleanliness. Reusable individual bottles of soap/shampoo are the way to go. Double room was tinier than expected, same for bathroom. Their maximization of the space did not completely cross the line of comfort. It was not a major issue as I was traveling solo, always out, and without a carry-on (only a small bag). However, coming with a suitcase ( even a small one) would have made an unpleasant difference as it would have been too cramped for comfort.

The location was great as well as the breakfast. The soundproofing in the room was great. We did not hear anyone untill we got to the breakfast room and were surprised how busy is was. The guest kitchen was a bonus also.

There is some aiconditioning but you cannot control it yourself. With 3 (or 4) in the small room it gets too warm to sleep so we had to open a window which would only open a little bit and got a bit noisy. The top bunks are not very comfortable while the lower beds are great.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite good and never empty. The rooms are clean and the sheets are comfy. The location is insanely good, you can walk everywhere. Felt really safe, the reception is 24/7 - overall was a good time.

Our room was quite small and air circulation was a bit poor (even though we had the window open during the day), it is really tiny for 4 people of you convert the beds to bunks. The bathroom was really small and the drain couldnt keep up so the floor was always wet, and if you dont have slippers/flip flops it is a problem.

Wow! What can I say. This was such a lovely surprising place. The staff were superb! We had a warm welcome. They are full of smiles and help you when needed. The room was comfortable for a family of 3 (aunt, niece and cousin), and the breakfast! Everything you could ask for. It fills you up, that's for sure. Downstairs was also a great space to chill and study with endless tea and coffees and a bowl of biscuits. It's one of the best places I've stayed so far (and I've stayed in a lot). The price is reasonable for how close it is but far enough from the train station (about 5 mins walking). You won't be disappointed.

If I had to say, it was the fact that there is building work underway across from your room but, close the curtain to get ready and out the door whilst the building work is going ahead. No need for a view when it's so conveniently located to everything.

Great place to stay as a solo traveler, the staff was so nice and friendly. The location could be better, the breakfast was really good and the room was cozy, tidy and really comfortable. It was a really nice room, definitively I will choose again this option if I get back!

Just that there was a construction going on in front of the place, but that's out of hands of the hotel. It wasn't noisy, and it didn't represent a problem at all, just visually.

Great location, very clean room, good breakfast, lovely helpful staff, and we were able to leave our bags in their luggage room after checking out for the rest of the day until we travelled onward in the evening.

I knew we had booked a "small double" but it was VERY small. We were only there for one night so it was not a problem but I couldn't imagine staying there for 3 or 4 nights or wanting to spend any time in the room purely because of the size.
