Have stayed at Hotel Vasa before, and other than its really good location, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are tidy and clean, there is heaters in the room and heat in the floor in the bathroom, which is a big plus, in the wintertime. Good choice of channels on the tv, and nice beddings. Also an environmental concious hotel, is always a plus. The breakfast buffet is definitely also what brought us back, other than the hotel's "warmth" and location.

The very only thing, was that our ventilator in the shower didn't work well, so had to air out in the room, to get the steam out from the shower, but first found out on the morning we were leaving anyway. And the hairdryer in the bathroom were running very slow/low blow, so it could use an upgrade.

Location of the hotel is great, the staff was amazing! Tea and coffee are available all the time in the dining room, which is perfect after a cold evening stroll around the city. You also have cinnamon rolls, cookies and waffle batter to make your own waffles - whenever you like it! There is also a cute little sauna, which the staff turned on just for us. Breakfast was good, a lot of options.

The beds are really on the soft side, but that is just my opinion. The weird thing was, that the window in the room doesn't open at all. That made the air in the room a bit stale and dusty.

Great location, very good breakfast - including local produce, biscuits and coffee always available! Walking distance to all major tourist spots in the city. Friendly staff, very accommodating. We had a room on the second floor; it's good to have a lift option. The bed was comfy and the bathroom felt recently revamped.

The building is charming and the interior could benefit of a little more attention. The temperature in the room was high, despite setting the thermostat at 16 C. Despite booking a superior double room, that comes at 25 mp, we got a smaller one; which was a bit of a disappointment. wi-fi was spotty.

Close to city center, restaurants, bars and public transportation 24/7 available staff + friendly and nice staff and very helpful Quiet room Large variety of breakfast items including lovely local items (new for me so a very nice surprise!)

room was way too warm -> there is no energy crisis in Sweden? beds were too soft for me parking was a bit unpractical -> you always need to return to the hotel (bring back key or return (extra walking) after parking the car) + funny part was, there are a lot of parking garages nearby (where you could pay with card or app, so this was not so practical for me to be honest)

The rooms were incredibly comfortable. I would love to know what the type of beds they have! The breakfast was very diverse and had a lot of options for vegans/vegetarians. The location is great, very short walk to the famous Haga and with easy access to a number of trams that can easily take you to farther places. 10 out of 10.

The location was close to everything, Haga was just a few streets away, and Slottsskogen Park was close. The breakfast was delicious with various things to choose from, and coffee and tea were available 24/7 at the cafeteria free of charge.

The only thing I did not like was the bed in the room, it was too small for 2 grown-up people. That was a bit off as we had to sleep in our sides to be able to fit 2 of us other than that the room was clean and neat.

It was cosy, warm and friendly. Liked that you could help yourself to hot and cold drinks and snacks 24/7. Loved the waffles they served freely between 4 and 9pm. Beds were comfortable and room was great for the family. Breakfast was fantastic with so much to choose from and it was constantly replenished. We had a wonderful stay!

Nothing...we liked it all!

After discovering a water leak under the bathroom. The staff quickly did what was necessary to find me another room with the same level of equipment, and even a better level of comfort (very quiet room). A special thanks to the receptionist who was there the first night, he was very responsive and kind. I would recommend (and have already recommended) your hotel.

Location, location ! Very safe area close to bars, Haga district is a doorstep away, with trams good connection to the city other parts too including airport bus stop. Excellent breakfast, kind staff. Good for single travellers.

I had different room as it was on the pictures when I did the booking (standard double). The room was very small on the 4th floor (in reality it was more an attic room) with extremely small bed, and small bathroom... I've spent 3nights and noone came to empty bins, or give at least fresh towels.... Overall the room was shabby and outdated. I wasn't there a lot, so it was okay only for sleep

Breakfast has good options. Breakfast rimings were also uptop 9:30 which is great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was super nice, walking distance to the city centre. It had an elevator.

The room that we had wasn't very big. I think I could have got a better room for the price that I paid. TV in the room only had cable connection. It would be nice to have options to play netflix or even projecting from phone or laptop.
