Location is good because 15 min from center but it is hard for older.

As we know everything is very expensive. Stay at apartment is best way for normal people.

The view from the deck was outstanding. The Matterhorn could be seen from the small balcony that contained a table and two chairs. The grounds were under major construction and traversing up the road was a bumpy walk with luggage and the noise during the work days was invasive. We did not spend much time in the room during work times so it was not awful and a cup of tea on the balcony was delightful. Convenient to walk from train and everywhere you wanted in Zermatt. Travel partner had some struggles walking and getting a taxi was inexpensive and easily available with friendly service.

Very comfy, modern room with full amenities. Spacious studio with ample space for bed, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom was also new and full equipped. It was very clean with plenty of storage. We had a terrace with views of the Matterhorn and the area was very quiet and relaxing. The location was also great as Zermatt is not large and we enjoyed very much wandering around the area. The check-in kiosk was broken during our stay but it was easy to collect keys at the nearby hotel and we enjoyed the free drink at their collaborating bar.

Do not go there. Registration was a big fail. We had to walk far away to a different location to register after we arrived at the apartments and pay (a second time) the city taxes, because they say that the machine at the entrance the machine does not work and the machine charged us $70. We called from the apartments and the people who answered the phone were very rude and did not care. After that awful moment, we entered the apartment and the entire place smelled strongly of curry, the bathtub had hairs, as well as on the pillows and the bedspread. Every time we exited or entered the building we had to be cautious about the job site around us.

The room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous scenery of Zermatt. The kitchen was a bonus as we would buy our groceries from the nearby shops (e.g. Migros) and walk (or take the bus) back to the apartment to cook. The heater kept the room nice and warm, and it was very comfortable throughout the day/ night.

The check-in time was at 3pm but we can store our luggages in the nearby hotel and stroll around Zermatt when we first arrive. Other than that, the bathroom was a little small and there's a 20m uphill walk to the apartment's entrance.

Roomy apartment with a promised view of the Matterhorn. Each of the three bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to make and eat meals.

Self check in machine malfunctioned so we had an issue with our final payment. Staff came to our door and was rather rude about it, though this was probably due to his limited English. It needs to be made much clearer that the apartments are part of the 4 star Alpen hotel complex and it really makes more sense to go check in there as it is only 5 minutes away.

beatiful clean apartment and spacious. I booked a matterhorn view which is beatiful ! Love the owner quick communication all along with me before my trip and answered all my questions and eased my mind!

location is a bit far from train station. and construction was going on when i was there. check in is a bit of work but I managed it ( not sure other people if older than me can make it :)) I stayed for three nights but with limited coffee supplies for two of us but again with quick response from owner it is no big deal as it was delivered very next day once I sent the message ! have to be very careful with kitchen and not to get it any dirty as previous reviews said they had to pay extra cleaning after use

Spotlessly clean, good size room, bathroom and bed, Zermatt is absurdly expensive for eating out so the fridge and stove is extremely handy!

For a single traveller the 'apartment' it is essentially a hotel room with a stove and non of the perks of housekeeping and receptionists (I expect it's excellent for an entire family to get the full benefit of an apartment), walls are paper thin and the lighting a little dim

Nice family sized apartment that fit all 6 of us comfortably with a great kitchen and plenty of space. Four bathrooms was a perk!

When we arrived to check in, the code they gave us didn't work, so we had to leave our kids and all of our luggage and walk back 10 minutes to the main lodge to check in. This was really inconvenient and if we had young kids, or if it were dark outside, it would have been stressful. When we returned, other guests who were checking into the same apartment complex were experiencing the same inconvenience, so we know we weren't the only ones who this happened to.

Very comfortable stay with views of the Matterhorn from our small balcony. The location was an easy 10min walk from the station, mostly flat. The staff at the partner resort were excellent. The small kitchen facities were good for our requirements with a two cooker stove top and microwave. There was a toaster, kettle and coffee machine thing.

Extra charge for linen and the Zermatt rubbish rules were confusing at first.
