Our stay at Cervo was just really really good. The facilities are superb with nice views over Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Cervo blends nicely into the surroundings with many smaller buildings, playful decoration and lots to explore in/around the hotel. There's many small details and decoration. The staff was super friendly, attentive but never intrusive. Cervo offers one of the best breakfasts we've had in a hotel. They have a very rich buffet but on top they offer dishes you don't usually get like Shakshuka and Momos.

This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.

-Our requests made via booking.com were entirely ignored -The bed was uncomfortable and the overhead bunk beds made it feel really claustrophobic (we booked Nomad M and got Nomad L for some reason) -The room was very dark and a bit humid, it was also on the ground floor and on the edge of the building next to some bushes so we felt unsafe to leave the balcony door open at night or during the day when we were out; overall it was not very pleasant -The staff suggested we try their mountain bikes and only once we were ready to rent them they proceeded to tell us they can't be used to go uphill, only down to the town and still not on the main street there

Nomad was the best decision my wife and I made for our honeymoon across Switzerland! We’ve had such a great and refreshing time there. Amazing view from the room, convenient transfer from the train station, great hospitality from the team… We had some delays getting into Zermatt due to the flash flood, but the team was very helpful in giving updates and support via WhatsApp to make sure we could make it there safely and timely. 10/10 would return

The palace or luxury hotel experience in a ski holiday configuration... Even if we are all geared-up, wet and sweaty. Something you would expect from a city or capital experience.

The ski resort was only partially open the first weekend of December, although marketed as a grand opening weekend. Ski slope down to Cervo was closed, as were many other connections throughout the resort. Ski start/finish convenience was one of the main reasons to book at cervo.

Good location - close to the forest trails, away from the busier part of Zermatt, yet easily accessible via elevator connected to Sunnega lift. Service to bring you and your luggage to/from train station is very convenient. Spa was pretty nice. Good food situation - two restaurants at the hotel are pretty fine, also supermarket at the train station is walking distance if you need some snacks. Nice clean modern rooms with views of Matterhorn. Good breakfast with service and buffet.

The bed was very uncomfortable - way too soft and caused lots of back & neck pain. Same with the pillows. Toilet had automatic motion activated lights that would turn off too soon. :[ Housekeeping coming at 9-9:30am is waaaay too early. Expensive even for Zermatt and having a spa.

Every little detail is well thought out from services to in room products. The Japanese onsen pool is just perfect after a long day of hiking. The morning mediation and yoga classes are invigorating. The breakfast at the Bazaar is sumptuous and the shaksouka one of the best.

The orientation of the room’s balcony which faced the street was intrusive. Lights on top of the tea/coffee service would be nice. That area is a bit dark and difficult to see especially at night.

I had an exceptional experience at your hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Every team member was friendly and accommodating. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Thank you for providing top-notch service and a delightful atmosphere. Clean, comfortable and cosy hotel. It has a perfect location next to the Sunnega-Zermatt ski lift!

The restaurants unfortunately did not match the overall standards of this hotel. Breakfast was the best meal you can have there, however the dinner options were not as good, I guess we were not so lucky with our food choices. The service in Bazaar restaurant and Madre Nostra needs to improve, it was obvious that they are understaffed and tired.

They just did not provide a hotel room, it was like a well-designed luxury studio. Inside the room, they have decorated everything with special designer idea to make your stay memorable. all amenities were perfect - wine glass, bottle opener, room sandals, special ayurvedic style shampoo, conditioner, soap; bathrobes, small library with a tab, everything to make the guest feel at home. It was indeed home away from home. We wish to visit again for more number of nights, 1 night stay is not enough to enjoy the beautifully designed spa they have. The spa is included in the room rent and that makes it a great value for money. The lady at the spa was kind enough to show us around and explain about the 3 different type of sauna they have - nordic, japanese, and arabic. unfortunately, we did not have enough time at hand to enjoy their well-equipped spa service. The restaurants serving dinner and breakfast are above the mark. Waiters are good-looking, professional, polite, and attentive to guests. Food is the best kind of Italian recipe. Location is up the hill. they have shuttle service to commute guests with their heavy bags. It was really helpful for us. Overall, an enjoyable stay that we will cherish, even later in our memory.
