First of all, the hotel provides shuttle services to/fro Zermatt train station. That truly helps travellers a lot especially with the luggages we are carrying. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff provided very warm welcome to us. We reached around 11AM. Even though our room was not ready yet, the staff kindly offered to bring our luggages into our room once it is available. That allowed us to explore the town while waiting for our room to be ready. We were stunned by the beauty of the room when the room was ready. We booked a room with Matterhorn view, and were given the top floor at the main building. The room was spectacular, very warmly decorated and equipped with good amenities. The management team also kindly provided us some snacks and personalized welcome card at the mini bar. The mini bar is equipped with all kinds of snacks (chargeable) and truly provide the convenience. What's even more stunning are the view from the windows. Our room has 4 big windows - 3 in the room, 1 in the bathroom. 2 of the windows in the room provide a direct view of the famous Matterhorn, while the other faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. The window in the bathroom faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. Both views allowed us to stay comfy in the room, while not missing out on the beautiful view of Matterhorn and the incredible Gronergrat train which pass by every 30 mins. The hotel is equipped with multiple pools, the most incredible being the heated outdoor pool which provides a view to the Matterhorn. There are 2 indoor jacuzzis and 1 indoor swimming pool, as well as multiple sauna rooms. We used all the pools everyday during our stay there. The outdoor pool was our favourite, soaking in the warm pool, while taking in the view and enjoying the sun. The breakfast spread was the best among all the hotels we staying in throughout Switzerland. Be sure to include it in your stay.

Nothing! If I were to nitpick, perhaps the lack of elevator from Level 5 to Level 6 (which was where our room was). But the staff were helpful to carry our luggage to the room, so not so much a problem.

What did we like? Absolutely everything! We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. The room was fabulous with separate shower/tub/sink and WC/sink bathrooms. The towel racks were heated. The bed was very confortable and pitch black at night with the curtains drawn. And with you opened the curtains there was a long balcony and a stellar view of the Matterhorn! We were left treats (scone, cookies, etc) and the bathrobe and slippers were very handy for the spa. The fantastic breakfast was included - there was freshly squeezed juice, a chef station for omelettes and all kinds of breads coffee and fruits. We decided to book a massage for 30 minutes - which was wonderful and a great price. The sauna and steam room were clean and included for all guests. The pools were fantastic. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They communicated with me promptly via email when we were planning the trip, arranged for our transport to and from the train station and made a dinner reservation for us even though the restaurant’s website said there were no tables available! This may have been the best place we’ve ever stayed in, ever, and we travel a lot. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

If there was anything that was a bit surprising about this place, it was that we found the front desk much more friendly and approachable than the concierge desk.

This hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away by walk from the Zermatt station and alongsode the Gornergrat track. Our room had a terrace from where we could see the trains. We could also view the Matterhorn from the front side of the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. We were guided throughout by Melanie who was exceptional in helping us get to the property and around. Her passion, knowledge and willingness to help guests were amazing . The breakfast was awesome with a decent buffet spread. The lady who worked at the breakfast hall was also amazing with her service. Overall Zermatt is a must for a Swiss vacation and this hotel is certainly worth the money.

A tad expensive

Elegant boutique hotel with amazing spa, and unforgettable outside pool with Matterhorn view. The staff were superb, recommending things to do where to eat. Location is excellent. The small sweets and drinks in the room really were something. My new favorite in Zermatt.

Breakfast, even if it's good in a Swiss standard... Could be a bit more luxurious.

Good location, beautiful facility, great staff

No ventilation in the room, no screens on the windows or balcony doors therefore if you left the windows or balconies doors open flys would come in. Since it was at ground level poor security with the windows and balcony doors open

The hotel room was wonderful, and the amenities were really nice! Room 504 gave me a wonderful view of the town and the mountains.

This property is amazing! From check in to check out- we have no complaints! The hotel is modern and beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The spa was great after a day on the mountain. We enjoyed live music and cocktails kin lobby bar. The ski lockers made it convenient and easy. The concierges extremely helpful with ski rentals, transportation and dinner reservations. Would return without reservation. Thank you BEAUSiTE for an amazing stay!

The food at the Grill was excellent but a bit boring compared to other places we dined during our stay. A bit stuffy!

Amazing junior suite room with views of the Matterhorn. Bed very comfortable and a lot of storage room for hiking and ski clothes. Location was ideal - super central, yet removed from the busy Bahnhofstrasse. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection.

Staff at the hotel Grill restaurant were cold and atmosphere was lacking - would highly recommend to eat at one of the many amazing restaurants in town. Spa pool was nice, however the sauna is only open from 3-8pm. This is a shame for hotel guests that would like to do a morning spa, when external guests are not admitted.

Beausite Zermatt is simply amazing! We had a fantastic family holiday here, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch facilities that make for a truly luxurious stay. The spa is exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced, perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. I’ve been to Zermatt several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The service is warm and welcoming, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The Grill restaurant is also a highlight—delicious food in a great setting. Yes, it’s expensive, but given that Zermatt is pricey in general, the cost isn’t totally crazy. Of course, the same experience in Asia would be much cheaper, but welcome to Switzerland—*c’est la Suisse, bébé!* If you’re visiting Zermatt, stay here. You won’t regret it!

Trying to think but honestly the place is flawless.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Beausite Zermatt. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Although we hadn’t mentioned it in advance, we checked in on my birthday, and to my surprise, there was a thoughtful birthday note and a small gift waiting for me in our room. It was a wonderful surprise and a perfect way to begin our vacation. The heated outdoor pool was lovely! While it can get busy in the late afternoon, we found that if you visit in the morning, you’re likely to have the whole pool to yourself, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. We dined at the Grill one evening, despite its mixed reviews, and we were so glad we did. The atmosphere was calm and intimate, the service was impeccable, and the food was among the best we had during our entire trip. Although we didn’t opt for a Matterhorn-view room, the view from our bedroom was still spectacular. Breakfast each morning was a treat, and we loved unwinding in the evening at the bar with the soothing sounds of the live piano music. Overall, our stay at Beausite Zermatt was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return.

The sauna only opens at 15:00. It would have been nice to have the sauna open in the morning, since it was quite busy in the afternoons.
