Excellent location. Easy to get to from the airport and main train station. Take the 10 tram and it stops at Haldenegg which is right in front of the building. Short walk (though on a hill so either a steep hill or steep stairs) to old town for sightseeing and restaurants. There is also an Italian restaurant in the building but we did not eat there. We did get a carryout bottle of wine though which was very convenient. We reserved the suite which was on the top floor with a very large outdoor terrace. There was plenty of room for the two of us. Self check-in was no problem at all. A few minor complaints but overall very satisfied and would stay again.

It was not clear to me when I booked it that there was no housekeeping at all. We saw no staff at any time. We could not get the wireless to work and the safe would not close and there was no one to ask for help. It also meant the room was not cleaned or towels replaced during the 5 nights we were there. We were fine with the room not being cleaned but we would have liked new towels after a few days. Also, be aware that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor so if you stay in the suite you must carry your luggage up two more flights of stairs. There are also stairs into the building and up to the check in area. Overall, the room was a good value. At least now I know what to expect.

It was a nice location, yet you had to get up a steep hill (if you get there by foot) The room was nice and clean, the balcony small but enough for a few days stay. The checkin was quite easy and good to understand. You can do everything with you phone or you make yourself a key card. We haven’t seen any staff so we can’t really say anything about it.

It would’ve been nice to have a small vending machine for the nights, since the walk to the central station is a bit exhausting especially at night. The toilet is very close to the sink, so this might be difficult for tall people. It was fine for me but I’m small.

Great Hotel, with self check-in, in the center of Zurich close to train station and perfectly connected to the airport with a tramway in front of the hotel gate! The room is pretty well furnished, the self check-in is pretty easy and quick.

The hotel have no breakfast, could improve at least with some machine which I might didn't see it. They give us room PMR (for people physically handicap), in front of the lift, we were a young couple on babymoon, which is ok but would have been nice to ask us id we needed one . The room might assigned automatically, so I hope they can improve it.

Room was extremely clean. All shiny surfaces were very well polished. Everything in place and very tidy. No signs of wear and tear, dust or dirt anywhere. Location is very central, walking distance from HB which is the main train station hopping off the train from the airport. Kiosks and restaurants 10' walk the furthest. Breakfast wasn't offered.

Nothing really, all went smooth with the automated check-in. Not sure why I had to pay CHF 7 extra when checking in remotely before my arrival, but it's not a major issue given the quality of service I received. Also wonder what the protocol is if you want to contact a person for assistance if something doesn't go to plan with all that tech.

Very nice room, everything is new, good quality and super clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets and down duvets. Loved the wooden floors and the decoration. Bathroom is clean and spacious. We had a comfortable one night stay. The tram station is right in front of the hotel, both the central station and the airport are very accessible, easy to get to.

Overall it was a great stay, we really enjoyed the room. The self check-in without staff is a weird experience but not necessarily a bad one. It's easy to use the tablet to enter your details. I'm not a fan of shower curtains but that's a personal preference, it was very clean regardless. Bathroom sliding door is made of glass and is too heavy, not easy to pull open if you close it fully. If you have heavy luggage use the tram, it's slightly steep to walk from the central station. We didn't have issues with small luggage.

Check in would be easy if you had wifi on your phone but if travelling and no connection you can't access the door on check in, luckily someone was leaving so we snuck in the front door, once in ok as can check in/ call from inside and make an access card. Nice, good size room, balcony and shower (junior suite +) comfy mattress and they had a bottle opener. Short walk to transport, train station and restaurants.

Pillows were awful, no support at all, fridge didn't keep anything cold, check in impossible if you don't have wifi

Location is good. It's away from the crowd but not too far from the main train station. A bus/train stop is just downstair which is very convenient. There're 8 large luggage storages available by free reservation and can be locked through the phone. This is very helpful for people who may arrive early or need a late check-out.

The room was not clean as expected. Found hair and dust on bed. A bag of dirty cloths left in wardrobe from prior customer. Shampoo/body wash was only 1/3 bottle left without refill/replacement. It took time to get new/replaced toiletries since it's self check-in and the room service lady was unable to speak English.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the train station (a little up hill so may recommend taking the tram). Also, the tram stops right outside the door so getting to the airport was easy as well.

The keyless entry using my phone was a little finicky. I followed the instructions to put the key on my phones home screen, but it would just pull up the hotel website and not my actual key. This could’ve been avoided by getting a physical key when I came in, which is an option, but I didn’t do it.

What a gem of a place! Clean, comfortable and great bed! The shower was great, good water pressure. Nice having tea and coffee making facilities. Little balcony which is nice just to have a little outdoor space. Is very little! Location is brilliant. Tram stop just outside. One stop and you're in the central area of Zurich or two stops and you're at the main station. Both with access to all parts and beyond. The no 10 tram picks you up just outside of the hotel and takes you to the airport in 30 mins! Absolutely fantastic, no messing! Would highly recommend but just remember you need a mobile phone!

Cups could've been bigger and spoons for stirring. More than a couple of brews to have. Hot water all the time. We had to get up early for our flight and there was no hot water for the shower at 5.45am. These are very picky bits because I loved the place and would definitely return and recommend!

Great location, close to the train station and there’s a tram line outside too. The room was very clean, the self-check in process was seamless, no issues at all. Lots of space, the bed was comfortable. Lots of hangers and good cupboard space, there’s also a safe. Great that the room has air con too.

We seemed to be given an accessible room which meant that the shower only had a curtain and the water was supposed to drain as it’s on a slant. This didn’t work in practice and made showering very difficult / uncomfortable. The water went everywhere, towels were saturated that were placed on the floor to try and catch the water etc. The toilet seat is incredibly close to the sink, so again, this wasn’t very comfortable. I’m not sure if all the bathrooms are designed this way, or if we were just unlucky.
