fantastic location near train station great staff

room so small that you hit your legs on the bed when you tried to walk past ( the bed frame sticks out much further than the mattress so we both got bruises) The plug wouldn’t work in the sink and the staff didn’t know how to fix it.

The staff at bar and front desk were terrific to us. Kind and clear and helpful. Restaurant outside was very nice on summer evening.

The bar & restaurant are stunning & the location fabulous!

The rooms are very small & the shower door opens into the toilet so you get out of the shower into to the toilet to dry yourself 😞The area becomes very damp & musty - no exhaust fan either. I would also NOT recommend going for the GREEN option if you are staying more than 2 nights. The towels also remain very damp as nowhere to hang them to dry & when we ran out of toilet paper the housekeeper on the floor at the time could only provide a box of tissues 😣

Close to station and in fact close to everything! The location was amazing. Room was clean and the shower was awesome. Staff was very friendly and the bar was a great place to hang out.

We agreed to do a go green option which meant they wouldn't replace towers and sheets for the first couple days. For that we got 2 cocktails vouchers (which was awesome actually). However that all so meant they didn't collection the rubbish from our room. Which goes to the second issue the rubbish bin in the room was a very little bucket. Obviously not a deal breaker but we would have to take our bottles to the recycle bins on a regular bases. This is a minor issue, i would still rate this is an amazing place to stay.

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower. Cinema theme was cool. Staff were always very friendly.

Rooms really are too small and the price too high for what you get. Aircon isn't really aircon, more 'ventilation' so room gets very hot. Apparently ours had a view which may have been seen from hanging out the window, not sure. No galley on top floors which is pretty poor in terms of design and security. Management need to invest in some UI/UX work for the self check in, I had prefilled all details but it still took 3 times of filling it in manually upon arrival. Other guests around us had same issue and were getting quite agitated. There was always a queue to check in because the tech isn't as good as it needs to be. Staff were doing the best they could to help but are ultimately set up for failure by the systems.

The location is great. Also the room looks nice, stylish and well decorated. We enjoy the night there very much.

There is almost no service at the hotel. The checkin contour is integrated with a bar, which is very noisy. The checkin is with a machine, although it’s high tech, we don’t feel welcomed. No one did introduction about the hotel nor the city. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, but there is even no coffee machine in the room or in the public area. No extra service area such as gym.

The interior is modern and funky with all sorts of pop-culture references. The room looks great and the bed was very comfortable The shower is displayed as a piece of décor in the middle of the room - separated with glass walls (there is a curtain that can be used for privacy). Check-in was fast. The hotel is very close to the Zurich Hbf. The friend I stayed with was mesmerized by the shower gel and soap in the property.

No issues with the stay.

Fantastic lobby wows you to start and then even more so as you go through to the bar/reception area. Didn't realise this was an old cinema, and had I not been so busy I would have loved to have watched a movie in their screening room. Looked like a very attractive public restaurant, which I didn't try. My room was very white, clean, sleek and spacious. Loved the Marshall Bluetooth speaker! Location for the main train station was important to me and just a few minutes walk there and also to the central part of Zurich.

Could have done with a coffee machine in the room and iron/ironing board. Very little in-room information or reading materials. I didn't turn the TV on: maybe it was all there (apart from the ironing facilities)? Extraordinary made bed (what is it with European bedrolls and spinning the duvets 90 degrees in order to have the duvet aligned with your body?), which looked like a normally made bed, but wasn't. Wasn't able to open the window (I'll book a higher category next time, with a balcony)

The breakfast was great. The location was PERFECT for getting to the train station. It's also easy walking distance to many great sites and restaurants in Zurich. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We love the fact that we could do a baggage drop while our room was being prepared. We were fortunate to have a clean room ready before promised checkin. Would defintely recommend to friends and others!

- location was superb, close to the river, old and new town and Zurich HB - modern with an art deco inspiration - interesting touches like the Marshall speaker/ amplifier - view of the river was beautiful

while I know the room I booked isn’t big and the size is stated in the description; the size is the only minor fault as I felt I didn’t have a proper space to put my luggages. it was fine as I was just staying the night, but probably not ideal for more nights.
