The room was great, as was breakfast.

Lobby is cramped and exceptionally busy with people and stacked lugguage awaiting check in. Check in happens after 2 pm with front desk not checking if/whether room is even ready. The promised fruit basket and drink in the room never happened.

Location and the rooms were clean and bed very comfy.

The staff were not so friendly, most of them didn't had that welcoming smiles and sincerity. I hope they were more hospitable. The one carrying our luggage was always having a pouty and unfriendly face. The bathroom had the tendency to accumulate water from the shower room, we had to towel the water on the floor otherwise would leak Unto the room. Quite annoying having to do that everytime we shower.

Breakfast is below average. Save your money and go across the road to Starbucks, for your morning coffee etc. Generally the hotel seems a bit tired and needs a freshen up.

Room was warm when I entered. I love warm rooms. Welcome drink is nice (prosecco or sparkling drink). Orange- and lemon-infused water in lobby. The room is big and feels modern. Shower is great. Wifi is great. I could leave my bag at reception until check-in time. Quiet in room. Close to town and very close to the train station.

The carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed over many stays. Desk lamp didn't turn on. Scale battery was dead. The desk chair was not pushed in all the way when I entered (lacking attention to detail). At check-in, the employee seemed overwhelmed with calls and other things - please give her more help!

Hotel card is wonderful - made of wood that you can scan in the elevator and rooms. You definitely feel the difference especially when you come in and see the small chocolate on the bed. King size room is good. Perfect for my boyfriend and I. Several places to put in your things. Lights can be a bit tricky but the big space was enough for us to go around and they even have nice slippers! Though we don’t have a view and everything is quiet outside since it’s a Sunday, this place is definitely in the central. Trains and trams are accessible and it is easy to find especially since we came in around 11 pm and they even allowed us to check out until 1pm. Breakfast is simple but filling.

The bathroom layout needs improvement especially in the shower area. It was designed as a bath tub but it was slippery going out. Had to hold on the moving glass just to avoid slipping. The shampoo and soap compartment is mind boggling at first since I have never seen one that you need to squeeze to get it out but it was good since it’s accessible. Don’t know if they provide toothbrush and toothpaste but I didn’t ask anymore since I bought mine.

This is the hotel I will stay in when I go to Zurich in the future. It was about half the advertised cost of another one I have stayed at twice before. I wasn't expecting much but it was easily as nice and much closer to the main railway station. It was also close to the lovely park on the river where I took my little dog for a walk. The staff were really friendly and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel is really dog friendly. The area of the hotel was pleasant which was a surprise because it is so close to the station.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The included breakfast was underwhelming for the price point but the hotel is surrounded by bistros and cafes that we ate out each morning. Ian, a bartender and really a Jack of all trades was super helpful in getting our luggage to the room, he brought and opened wine and checked in on us several times during our stay. Ian helped us feel comfortable in our stay.

Included breakfast was unimpressive for the cost. Sheets were not changed during our stay (it was a 3 day trip,)

The location is the best. All the means of transportation are conveniently available, and there are many restaurants and cafes around because it is located in the center of the city. Even though I stayed in a standard room, it was very large and well organized, so I was able to stay in a neat room during my stay. All the towels and bedding was very clean, and most of all, the water pressure in the bathroom was like a waterfall, so I felt good in the shower. If I come to Zurich again, I will stay in this hotel.

Fantastic location near main railway station and shopping area. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and breakfast. Friendly staff.

View from room was just over air conditioning units, although this is probably as we booked not long before our stay so rooms with better views no longer available. Fridge in room wasn’t very cold. Breakfast was good but some more cakes and pastries would have been nice. The online check in didn’t seem to work. These are all minor negatives though.

rooms need to be refurnished , specially the beds more food verity need to be added for breakfast also if the can provide parking place or a valet parking that will be great ( if you can hire a place from globus and do a valet parking and guest will pay for it). thanks for everything I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and i had mentioned couple of comments above
