Breakfast was one of the best. Hot and cold choices, breads, juices, coffee, OJ, champagne. Staff was incredible. We let them hold our luggage after we checked out and when we picked them up, they handed us some items that were left in the room. They provided pillows to your liking, water to go, umbrellas , even a shoe horn. Their attention to detail far exceeds most hotels. Location is perfect.

Hotel is in bang central district. It's very clean, beautiful rooms. Opposite there is an upscale mall, there are many good stores, restaurants and departmental stores closeby. Continental breakfast served, where the chef prepared excellent fresh omelette. I also got a chance to have their Aperol Spritz cocktail at the bar, it was delicious On the last day, I had forgotten important medicine in the fridge and we went to the airport. I called the Hotel boardline, they immediately went up to the room, found it. They helped to send the medicine to the airport through an Uber I booked. I am grateful to the hotel for this support

Nothing to dislike. One suggestion that the breakfast spread can perhaps be increased to include more hot food options like hash browns

Very chic and centrally located hotel, easily located in the middle of the main shopping street and a few minutes down from Zurich’s main train station. Rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped. Staff was always friendly. Breakfast was very simple, but that is less of a complaint than an observation. All in all a worthwhile stay!!

I'm going to start with the good here because our room really was immaculate. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable and did feel super luxurious. The breakfast service was divine, and the extra touch of having it delivered to our room was great. The location is central and walkable to explore the Old Town area. And the gentleman who checked us out was incredibly kind and professional. However, if like me you book the Junior Suite with balcony for the views, based on the photos in the listing, you will be disappointed. 6.30.2023 - I wanted to post an update to this review because I do see that the terrace-view photo in question has been removed from the site in an effort to represent the room more accurately. We had a great stay outside of this issue so I am also updating my rating to reflect that

Based on the photos for this room on the hotel website, I chose the suite with balcony specifically looking forward to enjoying evening drinks and morning coffee on the balcony with views of the city. The reality is that we had a balcony with a plaster wall that I would have had to stand on patio furniture to see over, and views of the rooftop ducts and HVAC equipment. When I brought my concerns to the hotel staff, I was basically told that this terrace view does not exist in the hotel. Photos are attached of my actual view, and if I knew this was a possibility, I absolutely would NOT have paid the price of the upgraded room. Just be warned that the booking photos are not an accurate representation of what you will receive, and the hotel will do nothing to correct this

Value for the money. The single rooms are very small, but serviceable and typical for a European city. The location is great. The breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant is quite popular (great food) for dinner. The staff were all friendly and courteous. All the staff is multi-lingual.

I wish the room was a bit bigger. The room is neat, clean, and quiet; but really quite small. And there was a bit too much clutter. The closet included a yoga mat, but the room is so small it is unusable. The small closet also included a knapsack for sale (unnecessary), an umbrella (they are already available at the elevator), and too many snacks on the small desk.

Excellent hotel and location, this was our third stay over a long period of time and the refurbishment works from our last stay were a pleasure to see. Friendliness and support from all of the staff was excellent.

One of the shelves in the wardrobe was broken and left supported on a blanket below it. When I found it I left it out and reported it to reception. On my return that day it had been placed back in the wardrobe still supported on the blanket.

Well located with easy walking or transit access to major sites in Zurich. Beautifully decorated room. Excellent breakfast with a huge array of options. Lots of options for lighting (once I figured out all the buttons).

Air conditioning, though turned all the way down, didn't seem to be able to keep up with the heat of summer. The room felt a little tight even with just myself there between dark colors, drawing the drapes to help keep the heat out, and the furniture provided.

Nice decor, and thought of the little things like Iron, ironing board, shoe cleaner, sowing kit etc. great location and it was immaculate - super clean

It was reasonably cold and difficult to get the room warm with the aircon. A touch dark inside also
