The hotel is very close to the 401. I have stayed many times.

I booked a handicap room to guarantee a first floor room as I have mobility issues and the hotel does not have an elevator.To my surprise the room had a bathtub instead of a walk in shower like all the other rooms. I immediately went to the front office and requested a room with a walk in shower. No problem but a little upset that I paid more for the first room. Next time I will call ahead to make sure my room is on the first floor. My review is mainly for the first room. The second room.was very good.

Good breakfast. Plenty and a variety including, juice, tea/coffee, instant porridge, bacon and eggs (instant), toast, muffins, yogurt. Room heated up quickly despite bitter cold outside. Plenty of hot water. TV was fine. Masking was not a big inconvenience. Snow cleared. Ongoing reannotations were sealed off from rest of hotel by plastic sheeting so room was clean. Room was clean and updated. Quiet despite being adjacent to major highway. Easy access to stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very good value for money.

Masking was not strictly enforced in public areas by staff.

Was in a good location just off the highway. Close to restaurants both fast food and sit down, most within a short walk. Grocery store was also walkable, was nice since there was a fridge and microwave. It is also dog friendly.

The hotel is definitely older and didn’t have an automatic push button or opening, was kind of a pain since since there were 2 sets of doors to the lobby. The breakfast although pretty decent had a weird room set up.

The bed was super comfortable especially the pillows so soft and cozy. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable and very clean. The shower was quite large and nicely closed with glass door. The breakfast was very well done.

Not applicable. There is nothing further to ellaborate on as the service was very professional and staff courteous and kind always there to ensure your stay was to your expectations. The friendliness was awesome as well.

More attention to cleaning especially around shower door at bottom door didn't close properly handle missing on one drawer more lighting needed in bedroom area wifi o but not great signal

Very good access from the main. Neat, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Better than holiday Inn in Toronto that we stayed before this.

I liked the location, 2 minutes away from the highway 401. The room is cozy and comfortable. Plenty of car parking Quick access to the room Breakfast is nice

The pillows were not good. The washroom shower was not comfortable.

A Great variety for Breakfast,,rather then a lunch bag on a table a Customer Service Desk. We also had a relaxing evening it was awesome .. very quiet surrounding lovely view
