The train station was under the hotel, which made easier to move around the city, to location of the hotel was in middle of Singapore which made very convenient to go to the attractions nearby.

The price of the room are very high compare to the room.

Very well located - direct access to MTR via subway from lifts that go to the rooms. Also many food outlets in neighbouring mall which was very handy. Pool was lovely Room was a decent size

The sliding bathroom door as it didn't allow enough privacy. Also the glass between the bathroom and room was not opaque so could see through.

Location was very good with good transportation links. Didn’t like the fact that if you booked at reception it was one price for breakfast but if you turned up at the restaurant it was considerably more even though we were residents. This put us off so only ate there once.

Room was smaller than expected with very little storage. Very clean & comfortable Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay the increase in tax even though we paid for the room in full 3 weeks before arrival

It was well located but still very quiet! Easy to take the tram from the hotel, no need to go outside, it was very much appreciated since I stayed there during the strong rain. The staff was very nice and helpful, the answer to all my requests and were very flexible.

I didn't like the elevators. There were 6 but they were still super slow. I didn't have a kettle in my room.. I had access to the club bar for free and could take any drinks of course. But I like to drink something warm to wake me up in the morning while getting ready.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were so helpful and personable. We had an incredible time there. Ohh and pool is stunning, I'd say it's the perfect family hotel.

Lovely staff from reception to room cleaning folks. Clean, good fittings, furniture, building..etc. Great location very close to the MRT (direct access through a underpass).

Nothing really, but if I were to nitpick, my key card stopped working during my stay as they got my checkout date wrong. But staff was very quick to address this, and in general everyone of the staff was really nice and warm. Caveat Be warned that the underpass from the MRT (train) station will be shut off after midnight till morning. We got caught off guard once (we were on the last train to the station but the underpass was already closed) and had to take a long detour to get back to the hotel.

We paid for the "club" access. The bedroom was large and comfortable and the club lounge was excellent and quiet. Well worth the extra. It was a very stylish hotel with friendly staff and the location was ideal for us with easy access into the city centre I'd happily stay here again

The breakfast choice was a little bit limited but was okay overall. One day we didn't have our room cleaned. We later asked and it was done quickly but the fridge still wasn't restocked.

Everything was very good - as expected and as described. Excellent staff - ready to help any time. Hotel is in very good location - direct connection to MRT (in the basement) with good size of the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we we got it - big thank you for it! Club rooms are very good option too - with quiet pool and small snacks during the day. I strongly recommend this place

I would definitively not say that there was something I did not like or was not good, but there could be a bit bigger variety for breakfast - maybe more local food?
