Very clean. Conveniently located next to the airport. Plenty of space.

They charge more for the suites but my suite was connected to another suite by a double door. They pride themselves in having soundproof rooms but my neighbors had the TV volume really loud during the nights. They woke me up both nights. I had to call the reception desk to help me with the noisy neighbors. Both times after 1 a.m. The reception desk was helpful but that doesn't avoid the fact that those rooms are not that as quiet as they advertise. It depends of your neighbors. No charging stations for electric vehicles. Check in is not until 4 p.m. Breakfast not included. No kitchenette.

Overall,,a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, seemed clean and disenfected, had plenty of power outlets bedside. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was nice and equipped.

Upon arrival the front desk person who was on the phone appeared extremely bothered. He never acknowledged me standing in front of him while his phone calls seemed to take priority. Afterwards he never greeted but proceeded to ask me for my last name. He rushed through the hotel amenities and gave me my key cards. This is not the impression I expected for such a nice hotel 2) House keeping started at 8:30am which is much too early for guests who want to sleep in. The housekeeper on duty was not only noisy but talked with her outside voice.

The friendly and professional staff, the size and layout of the room, and the breakfast were all amazing. I seriously do not know how we never stayed at a Homewood Suites before! Planning to book again!

We hated the fact that we were only in town for one day. These facilities warrant more than a one night stay. This is an AMAZING place and shopping area!

When I booked this room, i asked for a quiet area because my family was coming from North Carolina. We got exactly what we requested. The room was perfect for the 4 of us. My son got a chance to swim and we ate breakfast by the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Yes, we would book again. Your staff was awesome:) Thank you very much God bless you.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating! especially Micah at the front desk. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable and they had shuffle board which was a plus! highly recommend staying here!

No complaints here! Location off the main highway was excellent, very clean premises (inside and outside), the room was great, and breakfast, even during a weekday stay, was outstanding and varied.

No complaints, wish we could have planned a longer stay rather than just a rest stop!

Absolutely loved the free breakfast! Great choices every morning. As always, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. I very much appreciate how pet friendly the rooms are (no carpet). I travel with 2 Chihuahuas and we stay at Homewood whenever we are in Montgomery. The resort style pool area always make any trip feel like vacation and I LOVE being in Eastchase with easy access to shopping and restaurants

Room was large! Ms. Mary who cooks the breakfast is wonderful. Food was delicious and variety was excellent. Back patio was nice!

Need more dog poop bag stations. Need better coffee.

Booked a 1bdrm Suite but received a free upgrade to a 2bdrm Suite. My room was spacious and Very Clean. I really liked the room Floorplan. I wish all Homewood Suite hotels would look like the one in Montgomery, AL but i was disappointed when i stayed at one near Memphis, TN. But whenever I'm in Montgomery, AL I will always stay at this hotel. It's perfect!

One of the queen beds was squeaky.
