Disappointing waited 18 minutes before given a menu. I was watching and the server was wiping down tables that were clean and looked at me a few times.Then walked and sorry but I thought you were here to just seat.?????? Later that night I waited 12 minutes to get served a drink in the bar????!!

Better staff with customer in mind and more training

Clean, modern furniture, easy parking, good air conditioner without loud fan sound

Our room was directly opposite to a high way. At 5:30 A.M loud sound from fast cars passing by. The sound isolation of the windows should be better. If you want to sleep well ask for a room not opposite to the high way. Otherwise really a nice hotel

The Desert Ridge location can't be beat for restaurants, stores, entertainment. Great access to main highways to get you all around the Phx metro area and suburbs. AC is nice and cold. Room appears to be clean. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels all look clean. Adequate lighting. Room for multiple chargers by bed. Large picture window to bring in lots of light or double shades to block light, too. Small fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker are nice features and appeared clean. Good desk area. Ample closet with iron & board, hangers, luggage stand. Shower is large and water pressure good. Bathroom mirror and countertop large, too. Lobby very nice. Staff welcoming. Some shady areas for parking, too. In August, this means alot!

The shower floor doesn't look clean. Fiberglass liners are hard to keep clean and this one needs to be replaced. Wallpaper in some places torn or peeling in main area . Unable to find any info online or thru the TV about the restaurant downstairs. No menus in room, of course, but no QR code to scan that I could find.

The room were nice. Enough room for everyone. The air conditioner was quite. The pool was a good size. The bathroom was large. The towel were large and good quality.The speaker in the mirror was nice to play music. Plenty of outlet in the room and bar area and dinner area. Mostly like we would stay again. The little things that were wrong are not enough for us not to come back. Close to location we needed. Restaurant were close along with shopping. Target and Walgreens very close to the hotel.

Nobody pick up towels by the pool area until 11:00 pm. Also the towels were not replaced during the day. The staff were on their phone a lot at the front desk. The checking were different for each family. Some people receive popcorn other did not. Food voucher not giving to all family. bar/food had weird hours on weekend . We couldn’t order anything until after five. The beds could have been more comfortable but not to bad. The fridge was on the small side. Other room had bigger fridge.

Pancakes were excellent. We especially loved the location. Near freeways but not noisy. Near excellent shopping center and multiple excellent restaurants.

A strange periodic sound, possibly motor of some sort. Otherwise very quiet. When we needed extra towels they accommodated promptly.

I am a Phoenix resident. I needed a place to stay for a week while my flooring was being replaced. Having never stayed at a hotel in Phx I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Super clean, very comfortable rooms, beds. I used the restaurant/bar every day. The food was great and the service was exceptional. They have a great group of people running their food service. LOVED the bar tended, Lo. She was AMAZING. Albert (AJ) the chef went above and beyond to please. This place will be somewhere I go for food/drinks with friends. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly. This place will be my "go to" whenever I need lodging for myself or friends.

LOL Hot tub. Too standard, jets all in same area. Hotels need to step up their hot tub game.

Exceeded expectations. Def better than pictures. Liked layout of the room - really clean, spacious and well designed. Restaurant was good - breakfast great. Loved all the snacks, etc you can purchase.

Website stated shuttle service was available within 5 miles, but upon arrival I was told it was only for the Mayo Clinic. The room could have been a little cleaner. Hair was in the sink. The microwave was dirty and smelled; I cleaned it. Yellow stain on sofa, but I was able to clean it off with a Lysol wipe. One of the blinds did not work. The bed was a little hard. I did not receive a wash cloth until Friday; I arrived Tuesday.(thank goodness for the makeup cloth-that was a nice touch though!) It would be nice to have a safe in the room so you don’t have to take your electric devices with you every time you leave.

Loved the boutique hotel feel, the beautifully appointed modern rooms and bathrooms, the friendly and helpful staff and the food.

everything was great. Even when my hotel key didn’t work (several times), the staff was quick to help and fix things.

Day of check out, room service started knocking on my door at 8:30 and continued until I left. Check out isn’t until 12 so it would be nice to not be bothered until then, especially multiple times after saying I wasn’t leaving until 12. I ended up checking out early because I couldn’t relax with the constant loud knocks.
