Staff were lovely, every single person was courteous and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and well presented Restaurant food was good ( if a bit on the expensive side). 24hr Pizza - daughter loved coming back from a gig to be able to order pizza Breakfast was cracking. The night light in the ensuite is great idea

Key card kept resetting and we couldn't get into our room. Happened 3 times over a 1 night stay. Woken twice by what sounded like an airlock in pipes from other residents using their ensuites. No gluten-free 24 hour options. Only thing I could have, when everyone was tucking into their pizzas, was a packet of crisps :'( A wee gluten-free pizza, or even a toastie, would have made all the difference.

Nice modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and clean well appointed rooms. Comfy beds, tea coffee facilities and toiletries in rooms. Absolutely no airport noise heard in hotel rooms, which was surprising as its easy walking distance from airport. Plenty parking at a small charge daily paid at checkout & staff quick to validate ticket if you need to leave hotel and come back. Good breakfast selection and great to be included in room price. Small issue with room on arrival, but quick call to reception & room changed immediately with complimentary drink included with our new room cards, which was very kind. Will definitely recommend to family & friends

I enjoyed an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express whilst visiting Aberdeen recently. Exactly what was required...well located to the airport and city/main routes. The hotel is modern, well lit and airy and well served by its friendly and very helpful staff. My room was very well presented, modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable with sheets crisp and fresh. Lovely modern, well lit and well provided for en suite completes the room perfectly. Breakfast is self service with a good choice of ingredients, from cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, bread/ croissants etc to traditional cooked fare. The hotel very much caters to and excels at short term business/Airport holidaymakers etc and does it magnificently and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holiday Inn Express in Aberdeen to all.

We were forced to find somewhere to stay when BA cancelled our fight to London until next day. The hotel was an oasis for two rather cross and stressed travelers who arrived in Aberdeen from Orkney at 8.30am. The receptionist was extremely helpful and allowed us to access our rooms well in advance of usual check-in, so we were able to relax and catch up on sleep. We ate in the hotel that evening - a varied menu, and the food was excellent and good value. Breakfast offer the next day was equally wide-ranging and good. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful - a special thanks to Christopher on reception.

There was nothing we could have complained about or wished better.

I wanted my first night in Aberdeen to be close to the airport and this hotel was very close. In fact I could see the hotel from the plane as it was landing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and it was included in the price of the room which was inexpensive. Lastly, I could see on Google maps that there was a train station that looked close to the airport on the map. Upon talking to the staff at reception, I was told about the airport bus to Aberdeen, which turned out to be a better option.

On the form at reception, in the address section of the form, Great Britain was automatically filled in as my country, even though I am not British. This was a minor issue, and I crossed out Great Britain, and put in Ireland. This is a minor thing to correct.

Before getting to the hotel my son was already asking if we would be seeing Christopher again and how amazing was it when we walked in to the hotel lobby and again received a warm welcome by Christopher. True hospitality awaits you at the Holiday Inn Express. Natalia welcomed us every morning with a big smile and a chat. All of the staff showed a genuine interest in the guests and were so helpful. We stay in Aberdeen regular and often book the hotel airports because of location and price/quality. Holiday Inn Express definitely is our favourite. Their staff are true hospitality workers and I would definitely have the other hotels around and in city centre Aberdeen learn from this wonderful team. A smile definitely can do wonders and as a guest it makes a difference when staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing. The room is still fantastic and comfy and great place too for your dog. It is one of the very few that allows dogs. Team Holiday Inn thank you for making our stay as wonderful as ever and we will be back in April.

Nothing our stay was amazing.

Room was very comfortable, beds were cosy, everything was exceptionally clean, very quiet.

there was no facility to pay with cash, no advise anywhere prior to visit warning of this. I had lifted call to pay with during our stay, in checking in I found out that it was a cashless property, I had to call my daughter in Australia to get her to pay with her card over the phone to allow me to continue with my stay, I was quite stressed by this.

This hotel and Reception & Restaurant are all lovely, manner-able, pleasant and happy Staff. All go out there way to make ur stay lovely. Happy homely atmosphere. Clean, modern rooms! Bed r very comfortable and the best pillows ever!! And big shower too!! The Coffee is brilliant!

Only downfall is windows do not open! And I like fresh air whilst I sleep. Also it was a very warm night/morning and the Air Conditioning didn’t seem to working so made the nights sleep hard and was very hot in Dinning Area.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Christopher gave us a warm welcome. We had our dog with us and prior to arriving Igor had already made sure that we did not have to worry about bringing him along as the Holiday Inn Express in Dyce was a dog friendly hotel and indeed as promised a treat was ready for little Otto upon arrival. All of the staff are friendly and helpful too. We do have to say that the pictures on the booking.com site don't do the rooms justice. Honestly, we loved the layout and comfort, and the room feels luxurious. We also loved it that we could bring our breakfast to the room as this is so much easier when you have a dog with you. We stayed in many airport hotels in Aberdeen now and it is amazing that during the weekend the Holiday Inn still serve breakfast early, this allows us to have a breakfast before our appointment at 08:00. Honestly we can highly recommend this hotel and have a already booked our next stay. Thank you team Holiday Inn Express Dyce for making our stay so enjoyable and being an excellent example of a hospitality expert.

Our stay was perfect, but if we had to give one point of recommendation, then we would have loved to have some type of cheese included with the breakfast options.

I liked getting help from staff when I had an issue with locks and lifts - I am claustrophobic.

They were very helpful but ever-so-slightly patronising - but they did help by being kind and patient. I felt very frightened, then embarrassed and extremely stressed because I am claustrophobic. A little bit of privacy would've helped, instead of having to explain my issue in reception which felt very public.
