room amenities were great, the design and interiors of the hotel is well thought of - lots of interesting and creative concept all over the hotel which I really love! staff were nice and friendly, and very well done to housekeeping team for always keeping our room nice and tidy.

Despite the really pleasant employees, I believe there is definitely room for improvement. The check-in process was longer than normal; it probably took 20 to 30 minutes. We arrived for breakfast twice and it seemed as though they had forgotten about us both times. On the second day, we were almost finished with breakfast when someone asked if we wanted eggs. IRD service is also incredibly slow, have taken 30-45 mins for bucket of ice

This is the best hotel where I have ever stayed in the world. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one felt super good. The atmosphere is so unique. The people are great. You just want to spend your whole day in the hotel and not move out. The meeting rooms are amazing and everybody in my Google meets calls was asking me if it was a real background (view on Museum of future). The monkey bar is great. The café downstairs has an amazing fluffy croissant and pain au chocolat and most superb service ever with Debby and Faith.

everything we needed was here. staff are friendly and rooms are lovely

the noise. woken around 1 am, 3 am and 4 am to guests in next room chatting on phone, guests in the hallways, rooftop bar noise and fire alarm glitch. the sound proofing between rooms really needs to be addressed.

since I arrived there was a tray with food near the door for other room and it stayed as it is until the second day so until I checked out and it leaves smiles I saw the housekeeper all around the floor but no one removed it !!!!!

Amazing thought through design, good spa

When booking the room I specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view. What we got was some night club music going very loud until 4AM and a view on the arrival area

It’s a melting pot of different people, looks, designs and just amazing to be at

during weekdays it’s so crowded with people coming from surrounding offices, who use the hotel as co working space. on one hand this is absolutely amazing as you see and meet all kinds of different people. on the other hand out of all the 4 days we spent, we could never find a seat to sit, as it was too busy with people from outside the hotel. would be great if the hotel could make sure that also hotel guests get to use the cafe on both levels :)

It’s a nice little hotel. Location is great. We really liked the interior design which was fun and very creative. I think this hotel is great for a short stay as the name of the hotel states 25 hours. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids. Breakfast was good, hotel staff is very friendly. All in all good experience. Thank you

The only drawback is that there were no amenities in the room, not even a soap which was odd. When we brought it up at the reception we were told that the amenities are given upon request, which frankly sounded ridiculous.
