Special thanks to the lady at the reception with warm cookies! The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall and Burj if you are used to walking instead of traffic. There is also a great food store and a pharmacy right behind the hotel. The pool is small but still a nice place to relax when it is too hot to go anywhere. The continental breakfast was good with variety of choices. Our room wasn’t very big but with a big bed and a couch for the kids. We didn’t go to the beach as we stayed only for 3 nights for sightseeing, there is always a taxi out front and you can go anywhere.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They were able to give us our room earlier than the normal 15:00 check-in. The hotel is not too far from the Dubai Mall, which meant we could simply take a walk to get there. Spending New Year's Eve at the hotel was the added bonus. We were able to capture the spectacular Burj Khalifa Fireworks celebration from the street, in this way we avoided the crowded areas around the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall area. The hotel also had a new years dinner party for the guest which made the evening extra special. The concierge at the front desk assisted us in getting taxis to destinations we were looking to visit which made travelling great. Breakfast and Dinner was always well catered for with a variety of spreads always being available.

The location was good. It was really good for families (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Surrounding shops at the back (no sight of construction work). Those cookies at reception were delicious! The hotel should be classed as a 5 star, not 4.

Unfortunately there is no shuttle service to any mall or attraction. Sometimes there are taxis waiting outside, if not then calling an Uber is best.

Neat and tidy hotel, modern & spotless rooms, nicely decorated, plenty of options at the b’fast buffet i.e Continental, Arabic, Indian dishes. 10-15 mins taxi ride to the Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa. other options for lunch/dinner next door at the Bay square. ATM & grocery store also there at the bay square. pool side relaxation, bar facilities available. the biggest plus is the hotel staff, very service oriented staff, would do their best to make your stay comfortable (with a smile on their face), they are very attentive to the guests requests.

Nothing Just one suggestion, perhaps an idea to put some children amusement things (legos, books, drawing books etc.) near the Tuk-tuk on the first floor, that will keep the little ones amused and some breather for the parents meanwhile :)

The location was the main reason for the vacation part near Burj Khalifa And We knew it will be worth it. Interior of the hotel, perfect breakfast and a welcome tee with dates and famous Hilton cookie was a nuiances that stays with us. Bath and techonology based room controls was the luxury needed after an active days in Dubai Centre.

The pool water could be a bit more warmer for a “Dubai” winter getaway. We Are always happy to hear insights and recommendations from stuff, This time maybe because of the Business of hotel or overall concept, they were just giving the keys and not providing additional info. The Spa Are team however informed us about the posiibilities, what was nice.

Thank you very much for everything you provided for us during our stay. Be sure that DoubleTree by Hilton will still be our accommodation for next trip to Dubai. Everything was great. But If i want to say something to you in order to be exceptional in offering services, that is about the way of serving food at the breakfast table. Sometimes the foodو was cold and it took some time until hot food was available in the next serving.

The staff is fantastic! Always smiling, ready to help, offering excellent info about the hotel and the city. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, is very clean, the bathroom is huge and all ypu need is available. If not in the room for sure dialling to reception any request is solved. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise, fresh and tasty food, excellent drinks, a wonderful way to start the day. In the lobby you have also a Starbucks coffee shop to relax and enjoy the stay. Oh, not to forget about the cookies the girls received at check in and check out. Delicious :))) Thank you for the stay and for sure we'll came back.

At check in the sofa was not ready as sleeping bed. Also we had complementary water only for 2 people but all this was quickly solved by the staff.

We liked everything about our stay. Very comfortable,spotless and the staff were fabulous.

A pillow option would have been good as the pillows were very soft.

The team at Hilton made our stay amazing. Princess, Shreya and the team were amazing. USMAN , BHIM, BUPINDER would be the reason we would return as they were amazing. Ruth was excellent. Breakfast and room great. The hotel itself I was not impressed with the false advertising back in UK. They have no shuttle service and thus u can't go to a decent beach offered via hotel as that was one of our reasons to choose. However, the staff were excellent. But wouldn't stay again due to Hotels own false advertising.literally once we got there we had a list of all the things they could not offer as per brochure and list was exhaustive. Definitely should provide shuttle service to a shopping mall or a beach.

I’d like to start by thanking Ms. Dolly at the reception for starting my trip off to such a great start! My flight got in early so I had 7 hours till the standard check-in time, but she got me a room in under 15 minutes & allowed me to check-in much earlier. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! With full amenities. I stayed there for 3 days and each of those days the breakfast selection was great! Since I had work to do I was able to use the various setups around the hotel to get by work done, since I didn’t want to be in the room all my trip. I also found the room very accessible from Dubai Mall & other key places. Taxis are easy to get and affordable. Its the kind of hotel one can gladly stay in all day, and not even feel the need to go out. Perfect for a stay-cation! :D The cherry on top is that I had to book again for 2 more days for a few days later. I accidentally booked a Non-refundable room for the wrong dates on Booking.com !!! I was really anxious about the money going to waste, so I talked to the Manager, Ms Dolly & the team, and they worked very hard to have my mistake rectified on Booking.com ! They made the impossible, possible! And now I get to stay there again in a few days!!
