Great location... Great view... Quiet... Good breakfast.. Great staff

On the last morning the breakfast was poor... Eggs.. Beans.. Turkey Bacon all cold... I had stomach issues afterwards and went 3 times to the toilet... I did raise this with the kitchen staff..

Overall, very nice place. The people at reception were quite good. We had a few issues, one that was readily fixed. The first room had a broken AC. They moved us to another room quickly. Rooms are very clean and nice. I liked the maps on the ceiling. The breakfast was VERY good even though we had to walk to another hotel nearby. Breakfast had many options and very good service.

You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. At 3am a loud group of tourists came in and I could not sleep from the noise. The hallways plays loud music over the speakers and you can hear it in your rooms all night as well. Why do they do this? The music is on a loop and drives you nuts.

Breakfast needs more attention - luggage transportation service needs more attention, especially the reception of the customer from the hotel door

The ambience was great. Nice decor and simple ID with rusty effect. Feel very chill and happy. Room was just nice, space not that big but sufficient to accommodate the guest. Breakfast not that superb but meet the expectation. My child enjoyed making waffles there as it is self service. They can plan make it fluffy, or thinner…. Up to their choice. Hot chocolate was also good as they used 1 of the good brands. There is a Japanese restaurant at ground floor but we did not have a chance to go as we went sightseeing seeing all day long. Also this property is very near to Dubai creek, gold souq, spice souq and cloth souq. You can go by using the traditional boat. The cleaners were very quick in cleaning the rooms.

Sometimes the staff is a bit arrogant. When asked about hot chocolate, answer given “we don’t have it here”. But we have drank it for the past 2 days. If not available or no stock, just say it. Don’t need to say as if we are new guest and said is not available on the menu.

No smoking everywhere in the hotel. Pay AED500 to deordorise if you smoke in the room. Free covered parking, Free Wifi & breakfast included. Staff are warm and welcoming. Offered us a drink and some desert. Breakfast spread consists of Rolls, waffle, pastry, fruits , salad, baked potatoes, veg noodles, baked beans, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs. Spacious room too.

The bathroom mirror metal frame design. I keep bumping my head onto it when I bend down to wash my face. The bedside table with rope. It is troublesome to reach something on it at night. The heavy cold metal chair and noisy too. The WC when you flush there seems to be a dragon inside. The lift to basement carpark was not working, it was raining and we had to run to the other lift unsheltered. The staff on duty does not seem to know what was to be done.

The room was clean, close to the metro (aprox 10 minutes by walk) many supermarkets nearby and located in the old Dubai District. To the Dubai downtown it takes about 40 minutes to reach. The breakfast was very good - there's variety of food to choose from - pancakes, waffles, eggs, sandwiches, cheese, ham, cereals etc... whatever you like,

If you plan to visit the whole Dubai with metro it's better if you book somewhere in the middle. The trips by metro sometimes lasted more than an hour. Sometimes there's weird smell in the room but I think it comes from cleaning.

Great location at Al Seef with plenty of options for eating out, all in walking distance. Friendly and easy check-in. Quiet room, good bed, excellent room service. Rich and interesting choice at the breakfast buffet with the otion to eat indoors or outside.

The reading lamp on the writing desk and the apparently connected reading lamp by the bed didn't work and couldn't get fixed by the technicians the next day, except for the lamp by the wiriting desk in a temporary way. The pool and the surrounding area on the 5th floor is very small and tends to get crowded. The man at reception in daytime during most of my stay was rather unfriendly and not very helpful.

The best thing about this Hotel is its location. As Dubai is a basically a bundle of big streets, we really appreciated being close to the Dubai creek waterfront. This allowed us to stroll along the clean and peaceful harbour promenade that comes with a couple of restaurants and a souk that is much less busy than the well known ones. Still, it's calm and rather quiet, and just a 10-minute walk from a metro stop where both Dubai metros intersect. There was a big variety of breakfast and the breakfast team was incredibly nice, courteous, and constantly cleaning up. We loved the clean pool with a view, which also had a nice temperature (and a life guard in case of emergency). Also, they have a tour/experience booth there with a very friendly lady that helps you book tours and gives advice on what to do and how to get there.

The male receptionist at our check-in was very unfriendly. He didn't smile or welcome us with kind words. He asked us to pay the room upfront, which is very uncommon, and didn't show any sympathy when my card didn't work at first. The whole situation soured the beginning of our vacation and made me question if the hotel was the right choice. Luckily the incredible breakfast team made up for it.

the room was big, cozy and felt "homey". location was also good as it was very accessible. we loved the walk along the creek as well in the evening. i also appreciate that the experience was personalized - i was asked if i was celebrating something (which was my birthday) and when we came, there was a birthday note and complimentary cake from the staff.

when we came, the room wasnt entirely clean - there were still trash below the cupboard under the TV (al ansari receipt) and we were not sure if the towels were clean because there was one still with stain. also, it would have been better if there are more breakfast selections.

The location was perfect between the airport and downtown. We were able to easily get drivers/ cabs not through the hotel. The hotel wasn’t much help in that department anyway. I loved the feel of the hotel lobby. The room was super clean and also had a great vibe. My favorite part was the map of (Dubai) on the ceiling above the bed. The breakfast staff and buffet was amazing and super delicious but I would not suggest eating there otherwise. Staff was not the best for dinner, they did bot honor the advertised pizza special (right outside the restaurant on a billboard) and  served us a burnt pizza that tasted like cardboard. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Dubai the next time.

Concierge staff was never available to find a cab and dinner staff along with the food wasn’t great.
