Good location and facilities for a short stay.

Lack of ventilation, hot and stuffy, no air con, only windows were rear bedroom and bathroom, fixed windows in living room/kitchen. Only means to get ventilation into main living area per a notice on the wall was to open rear window and bedroom door, and prop open front door to allow air to circulate, not at all ideal. Had to have rear window open all night due to lack of ventilation which meant noise from A90 traffic late into the night. Not as clean as previous stay and was grossed out by a pubic hair on the bathroom sink.

We loved the location, it was perfect for our trips around Aberdeenshire. Only 15 minutes into the centre of Aberdeen. The property was modern, clean and fresh. The facilities were excellent. We loved the smart TV, sockets with usb points, lovely shower room. Our hosts were very helpful, and gave us clear instructions before arriving. There was some traffic from the road but nothing too loud and the other guests in the neighbouring rooms were quiet. We had a peaceful stay.

At nights the room was very hot, even when the window was open. We had the radiator turned down too but it still seemed to come on. This wouldn't put me off staying again, I just like a cold room to sleep in!

Fabulous apartment, comfortable and modern. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything you needed. Linen was good quality and bed comfortable. It was warm and spacious- definitely recommend! The use of Alexa was a quirky touch and great that you could sign into your own TV subscriptions. Great to be able to bring our dog. Parking was super especially as we had our daughter visit us too. Five minute drive into Aberdeen City centre, so great location, with a very handy Asda, petrol, McDonald's a two minute drive away.

A very noisy wet system - heating / radiator woke us everyday with loud water circulation in the bathroom towel rail - before 5am! Some issues with the keypad entry, but rectified by the owner :) Also, somebody had programmed the TV to turn on before 6am!!! Why?? But turned it off at wall when we couldn't stop this.

I enjoyed the privacy and the fact that you were not restricted on times to be in or out of the apartment, it was nice to be able to have meals at your leisure. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with the majority of items that may be required. Other items include Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, toiletry and towels e.t.c. There was a laundry room for you to use if required. Also as an additional bonus heating and electric were included in the price with free car parking outside your apartment.

There were no negatives about our stay at your apartment

The location was ideal, easy to get to where we wanted to go. Whoever came up with this concept of apartments to rent is a genius. It is more comfortable than booking a hotel room. It meant we could come and go as we pleased, we had everything we needed. The apartment is perfect, a home-from-home. The facilities were to a high standard, with good storage space, plenty of light, a comfy sofa, comfy bed, and a great shower. It was spacious, clean, modern, and very well-equipped. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Easy to check in using a keypad and the TV was no issue accessing our own Netflix and Amazon accounts on the TV.

Everything was perfect, it was warm as some people have previously said, but it wasn't an issue for us, we did wedge the door open and opened the windows to let air in. I would imagine in the summer it could be stifling though.

Very clean, modern, comfortable rooms, which had everything we needed. Great location too as we used this as a base to travel about Aberdeenshire, it is close to Portlethen retail park with Asda, B & M etc. and railway station which took us into Aberdeen City Centre one day instead of taking the car. Would highly recommend staying here 🙂

Liked everything, thought the rooms were great and kitchen had everything we needed ... the only thing missing was a mop in the cupboard for cleaning up accidental spills.

Excellent apartment, clean, modern furniture, great kitchen facilities, takeaways close by, some delivery available. Close to supermarket and shops. Easy access to Aberdeen, except for normal working times when it gets a bit slower. Everything in the apartment was of good quality. Shower was strong and hot. Will definitely be staying again. Pet friendly.

Hard to think of what could be improved, I guess if anything it was too warm when you first enter, but there is an electric fan to help cool the apartment down.

Fabulous stay! Very comfortable, everything you need. Spotless on check in. Easy to find, with parking right outside. Great addition having Alexa and smart tv. Shower pressure was fantastic. The units are spacious enough for 2. Comfortable couch and bed. It’s very cosy place to stay. Great value for money. Definitely return :)

Very comfortable bed and pillows just annoying it was a twin mattress but didn’t bother us too much for a 2 night stay, everything else was spot on

Well equipped, great layout and great location, comfortable beds & easy parking

We stayed for 5 nights and had no housekeeping. We were left with only 1 replacement small bin liner for our stay and whilst there were instructions for where the landfill waste was located it wasn’t there and so residents seemed to be using the large recycling bin for all waste. We would also have expected at least one change of towels during the stay. Otherwise all was fantastic

Very comfy bed. Bathroom looks simple and smaller than I would like, but in the end it was very functional and shower pressure was pretty good. ( the size can be seen from the moment of booking , so it is clear state on the website with no surprise) Kitchen has everything one will need for cooking a good and proper meal. Great lighting as there are big and tall windows both front and back of the apartment. Free car park just right in front of the apartment. I received check in info right after booking via email, even some info has changed few days before arrival , so I got another sms to my phone the day before our arrival just a reminder of the info we need for check in . I guess it's made for the foreigners who may not have internet connection ? Not sure the reason but I found it very attentive and apprreciated the gesture from the host.
