I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel 99 and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff. In particular, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Hassan. Hassan's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was exceptional. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations for local attractions, assisting with luggage, or promptly attending to any requests, Hassan's dedication was evident in everything he did. Not only did he possess a wealth of knowledge about the area, but his enthusiasm for his job was contagious. His genuine passion for hospitality shone through, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Hassan's friendly and approachable nature made it easy to engage in conversations, and he was always ready with a smile to brighten my day. The hotel itself was impeccable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The gentleman on reception was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel was clean, the room was fabulous- spacious, amazing bathroom all very clean with sanitary seals, great big windows with a veil and curtain (it was 26 degrees the day we came) so we could leave the window open and not have any unwelcome flies! bed was great. tv worked. nice touch of biscuits tea and coffee etc. exactly what you want from hotel for a night away, somewhere clean and comfy!

This is only nitpicking- no mirror above the desk so when getting ready it was a minor inconvenience. All the doors slam shut, a soft close on the doors would make a huge difference. Our room was on the side of the main road, as we were shown to our room, the lovely man on reception made us aware that with it being a Friday night we may hear some noise, if it was too noisy just to let him know and he would get us some earplugs. We didn’t find the room to be noisy at all, and slept with the window open! very hospitable.

Hotel 99 is far better than most of the great named hotels I have been into. It is not a very big one, but the quality of equipment used is of luxurious taste. From bedding to bathroom, nothing to complain about. I’ve been back x2 already and honestly I can’t thing of any other hotel each time I come around for work. Staff are very welcoming and did everything to make my stay restful. Much appreciated

For business reasons I had to be on the industrial area -side of the city and this hotel had a perfect location to and from that area. Also when entering the station it only was a few minutes walk to the hotel. Nice food places in the area and located in the city center. Now, what really surprised was the hospitality of both hosts of the hotel. They were extremely friendly, wanted to help out with everything. The breakfast in the morning was amazing too as I received a freshly made full-English. The room was brand new and very clean as expected.

I booked a single bed and they were kind enough to offer an upgrade to king size for no extra cost! Room exceeded my expectations and bathroom too! Staff are very friendly and offered to call me a taxi to the event I was going to that night :) Thanks so much I will definitely come back if I'm ever in Blackburn again!

Newly refurbished, very clean, comfortable and good value for money. I didn’t have the breakfast option so can’t make a comment. The bedroom was excellent!

A very minor detail and not too big an issue is that the hotel is situated on a crossroads junction, and my room was a corner room overlooking both roads, and it was a little noisy having the windows open.

The staff were fantastic. We booked for 5 nights but had a family emergency. The staff assured us that they would return 3 days of our money, and we moved on and trusted them. They didn't have to pay as it was non refundable. Later that day, we had a message from booking.com saying that the hotel upheld what they promised and paid the money back to us. Too quality service!

The hotel was excellent!! Location is literally behind the town centre. 3 mins walking distance! Saj at the reception was very helpful and provided excellent customer service! Breakfast was brilliant!! Parking was superb! I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel with families.

This is not my first time staying in Blackburn, I’ve stayed in many hotels before but this hotel was an experience on its own, from the amazing staff members all the way to the lovely breakfast. I got here quite late as there was traffic but the staff was amazing and didn’t mind. I will be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a luxury stay and an amazing experience.

Excellent service from the staff. Parking looked like it might be a bit tricky, and the staff were extremely helpful and sorted us out quickly and efficiently. All the staff were excellent - courteous, friendly and genuinely cared. Highly recommended.
