Lovely spacious bedroom. Excellent city centre location. I found it handy for popping to Cabot Circus shopping centre for food. I stopped here when going to a gig at Exchange & it was a very good location for that too.

When I booked it, the parking was advertised as being cheaper than it is now. When checking in, I told the first member of staff this but she said I would have to pay the new, higher price regardless of what was advertised when I booked it. I asked about this again when checking out and thankfully a different member of staff was on the front desk, did the right thing & refunded me the difference. It was sorted but I don't think I should have had to ask twice.

Room 410, very quiet at the rear away from a busy road. The best shower we have ever had, anywhere! Very roomy and simple to use, with constant warm water. Enormous Emperor size bed! Biscuits supplied daily. Large widescreen TV. Would rate higher than Premier or Travelodge.

Parking fees of £9 per night have now been introduced earlier this year, but we booked beforehand and did not have to pay. Beware though, you can unload your luggage in their car park, but then have to move to a nearby Multi-Story, unless you have a Blue Badge. Food expensive, head for a Wetherspoon, there is a choice of 3, recommend the V-Shed but not Friday or Saturday night (Very loud Disco), or the more expensive Knight's Templar, near the station

Very modern and clean hotel with fantastic facilities and rooms. Friendly, helpful staff and set in a great location extremely close to the town centre shops and restaurants. I would definitely book to stay here again. The bath robes in rooms were a lovely little extra touch and helped to make my wife and I super chilled out.

There wasn't anything I could say I didn't like about this hotel. Perhaps the cost of breakfast could have been a little lower but this wouldn't put me off staying again.

It was ideal that it was right by the shopping centre as we had never been Bristol so we got to look round the shops and visit the gardens quite easily as we were so close.

There was some parts of the rooms that need cleaning or upgrading as there was marks on the carpet and the shower had all limescale around the holder to the point the shower sometimes did not stay in it and would fall off due to this. Also, a staff member was quite rude when we had an issue with the parking ticket that they did at the hotel and was speaking to me as if I didn’t provide the right information when I did and had to be told by another staff member that she already sorted it all.

The hotel itself is perfectly located right opposite shops and restaurants and short cab to harbour and town. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and spacious with plenty of storage and good sized bathroom. Good wifi .

The bed was rather uncomfortable, the heating/ac very difficult to control, the lighting in the room was poor and the room itself was not totally clean (there were crisps down the side of the chair, the carpet was marked in several places, one of the pillows had marks on and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied - plus, on the second day they left 2 shampoos and no shower gel ...... (this was easily remedied however by asking at reception - luckily I had not actually got in the shower yet!).

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Spacious room, clean and well presented. Really good location with good parking. The air conditioning was great, and ithe noise from other guests was minimal. Window soundproofed so little noise at all from outside. Great location for shopping and eating locally, we ate out so cannot comment on the restaurant. We'd definitely come back.. Easy to find with SatNav, and a very short walk from carpark to hotel.

Nothing really, my only criticism would be the bedding, although clean and fresh the bottom sheet was too small for the bed, so kept coming off. Also would have looked better if ironed, but that's just a small personal preference, had no effect on our stay. Bed very soft.

Great facilities in the bedroom - coffee (decaf option) tea, biscuits, bottled water which was appreciated as it was 26C when I arrived. Iron and toiletries in the bathroom. Air con! Thankfully as there were no openable windows. Nice, spacious room and plenty of storage. Location was great, I could walk from there to the centre and even to the museum. It is located across the road from Cabot Shopping Centre which was handy. Great wifi connection in the room and also in the lobby/ restaurant. I'd parked in the adjacent Cabot carpark and got my ticket validated at the hotel. £9 a day may be reasonable for Bristol, I paid £4 for 24hr parking in central Worcester the next day but it's all relative.

My room was missing a bathrobe and slippers as had been advertised. No Netflix!!!

Great location, right next to the Cabot Circus shopping centre and car park. Car parking is available through the hotel at a cheaper rate, which is convenient for arrival by road via the M32. Excellent breakfast (although it's not included in the base rate for the room). Nice quiet nights even on the first floor.

There's nothing particularly bad about the hotel or the room. The view isn't great from all the rooms (which isn't the hotel's fault!). The "downsides" to the hotel are just the price and the fact that breakfast isn't included. The on-site restaurant also isn't great for the price. It's not bad either, but it's not _great_.

Ideally situated and very convenient for the shopping area and restaurants. Breakfast choices were reasonable. It had a very nice bar area. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked a two-night stay and our room was not cleaned on the morning of the second day. We had to chase staff three times before the situation was addressed – a 2-hour wait while we sat in the bar. The cleaning staff did not speak or understand English when we spoke to them in the corridor. Eventually some poor unfortunate young man was assigned the task as the cleaning staff had gone home.

It was really clean and they were super accommodating to us and our young family with our daughter being only 2 months old they provided a travel cot on request and it was there when we arrived. We asked to stay an extra night and they were able to ensure we were able to stay in the same room with our little one. Super friendly and did what they could for us. Great location close to main shopping mall. The breakfast area being downstairs wasnt even a problem as they have a small lift. It is a bit fiddly but the staff quickly came over to help us with it. Would deffo stay again.

Nothing.
