:) • Central location right across the way from the bus and coach station with a Tesco only one minute down the road. • Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. • Great communication with host who came to look at a problem we had with the water faucet in the kitchen only half an hour after reporting it. • Secure entry system with clear instructions provided for check-in. • Hot shower with good water pressure.

:( • For the price, a little bottle of antibacterial hand soap in the bathroom was expected but instead we were given one of those cheap, tiny soap bars you get in low rated hotels. • No warning that there's currently a lot of noisy construction going on at the adjacent building. It's completely covered in scaffolding and the workers get off to a very loud start at 9am. Looks like it'll be that way for months so just be warned! • Lots of light gets into the bedroom early but obviously we understand that blinds can't be installed on these types of fully-opening windows.

I contacted the hosts and paid extra for an allocated parking space in the secure underground parking. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the apartment and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. A great place to stay for a week long work trip - close to the city centre, a bath for relaxing after long days and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking healthy meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.

You have to collect the keys before you're able to access the car park which is a bit tricky as a solo traveller. There is however on street parking around the building which is 50p for 10 minutes so it is do-able, just a little inconvenient.

Staff were friendly - easily contactable and responded to all questions. Great location and spacious apartments with a lot of amenities - photos reflect actual conditions of apartments. Clear instructions on how to get keys. Guest information in apartments included info on activities & restaurant options.

The hot water ran out after 2 showers - probably due to the water system in place and not the actual apartment's fault but good to note. There seemed to be a party on Friday night which lasted a while and could be heard in 4th floor apartment leading to disturbed sleep One of the rooms on 2nd floor apartment had a squeaky bed

Very clean apartment, kitchen well stocked with cookware and things like washing up liquid, washing machine pods, etc. Fridge freezer was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable and wardrobe had plenty of hangers and space for clothes. Bathroom was very clean. Shop just down the road, very convenient. Parking provision was suitable, although did have to park elsewhere to collect and return access fob. Overall a very nice, well stocked, nicely decorated apartment.

Hot water was off for one night when we tried to have a bath/shower but was back the following day so no big deal. A removable shower head would be nice. Location can be a bit scary at night, we did go longer ways into town in the evening to avoid dodgy underpasses etc. Had to park elsewhere when arriving and leaving to collect and return access fob, perhaps a keycode would be better for access to car park.

The apartment was great, felt like home. It was spacious and 5 minuets from the site I was working at, The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again with family to visit Bristol for work and no work accommodation.

Collecting the keys is a little awkward when travelling alone, I needed to pay additional parking off site so I could gain access to the building and safe to collect the keys and access the parking area.

Outside the entrance of building, we tried the code but it didn't work although we were given explicit instructions for entry. Fortunately someone entered the building and we stormed inside. Everything went smooth after first day. Clean bed but it's warm at night. In the bathroom, we didn't understand what's on the wall ie fused for what? Then, we realised it's for the towel heating. Perhaps labels would help. Large lounge living room with built in kitchen with appliances and a bathroom with shower over bath. It was clean and modern.

Nothing.

Vicinity to the city center, well maintained , very clean apartment, has all necessary items in place. It was quiet, secure , had garden access and complete privacy.

There were heating issues on and off in the shower as we were in a hurry so we didn't have time to connect the support staff in this regard. Another missing point was the hand held shower point, with the toddler it was tough to manage it. Overall it's ok as we were there for a short time.

It was spacious and clean. Everything we needed. Good location.

The toilet seat was loose and the showers were not powerful enough. The shower doors would not shut properly. The double bed we had was 2 singles pushed together. Also the full length mirror would have been better placed in the hallway for all to use. Air con would have been good because having the windows open meant we could hear a lot of street noise.

Great apartment with good amenities in a great location.

One of the bedrooms was very nicely decorated and the other room was very basic with a noisy bed, every time you moved you were heard. We could not get the Roku TV to work (not a major problem) help came the next day without notifying us, she entered our apartment when we were out (she called us) it would have been courteous to ask for permission before letting herself in. Not enough toilet rolls for 4 adults.

Location was perfect for accessing the children's hospital. Place was very clean. Lots of space in the apartment. Drinks and biscuits nice touch. Good to see hairdryer. Carpark was good and glad booked it knowing car was safe. Don't think would have liked leaving it on street. Will definitely return for next hospital trip.

Shower worked fine but went to drain bath after bathing child and couldn't do it. Not in the nicest location (perfect for hospital though) and homeless man shouting outside alot. Quite a hassle to pull in and walk through to get keys before going carpark but not sure how else they could do it.
