We were very pleased with our stay … very comfortable room very friendly Staff lovely products in the bathroom very pleased there was a dyson hair dryer to use. It was like home from home😊 I would definitely recommend and stay again

Would be good if there was a lift . I didn’t mind as asked to be upstairs. Some other people were not happy about this when booking in . But the staff were lovely so helpful to them and offered to carry their luggage. It would have been good to have given a discount for people staying in the motel for your restaurant.

Loved the modern decor, comfortable bed and cleanliness. Staff were all excellent - friendly and genuinely helpful. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Plenty of parking. Grounds are well managed and planted as a little oasis, so you don't feel like you are in a busy place with the convenience of the motorway and a retail park! Of course, breakfast at Mollies Diner was great.

I was bothered by the sound of footsteps in other rooms, but my husband thought I was being over sensitive! I would certainly stay again.

Bedroom plain but great. Didn’t have to bring my Dyson’ and also shampoo and shower products- bonus.

Staff were fab in the bar but different experience in the diner. We booked dinner first night but didn’t book breakfast? Seems it was an issue although the diner was only a quarter full. The chap on duty made a ‘big thing’ about booking and seemed to be doing us a favour slotting us in! I appreciate bookings are important but not when there were hardly anyone around. Slow service at both sittings although there seemed to be lots of staff. Our food order took a while and we had to wait 30mins for someone to offer us a drink

I loved everything! I loved the concept of this idea of a motel… kept the main theme of a motel but also threw in lots of luxurious items that we didn’t expect to find considering such a fair price for the room.

The only thing I was slightly disappointed by was that prior to our stay I had mentioned we were celebrating a special birthday and someone from the motel had reached out and asked if we wanted balloons/decorations for the room… normally hotels just tend to ignore the birthday comment so I was surprised to see they had offered to do this however when we got to the room there was no sign of any decorations:(

The way the recetion area is layed out is clever. Its like a luxury lounge too. The staff were helpful, enthusiastic and smiling which helped create a nice vibe. That vibe carried over into the diner which had great staff. It was busy and well organised. The open plan meant you could see the kitchen and the food coming out looked amazing and I am pleased to say tasted superb. The cocktails were spot on and the service with a smile and genuine friendly staff made it feel worth the money and fantastic value. Yes it was more than a premier inn but boy was it in a different league.

In the diner the discretionary tip added to my bill really can ruin what was otherwise great experience and I am pleased I noticed it and did not pay it , especially as I did my homework and concluded the staff don't get anything. I tipped our waitress cash but this was frowned upon by management. A little gripe is the boiling hot water in the corridor and no kettles in your room. I like a cup/mug of tea in the morning and evening but going out to the hallway to fill our cups was ridiculous. The bed was huge but if premier inn bed is a 10 then Mollies bed is an 8 for comfort.

Great motel / diner. Stayed in a family bunk room (2 adults, 2 young kids who loved it). Liked the design of the room. Probably needed a sofa (all that was missing) but otherwise exceptional value for money. Had dinner and breakie at the Resturant - high quality food. Staff super helpful, polite and welcoming across both hotel and diner. Service you don’t see often these days. Overall really good

The bedrooms could be cleaned better. Maybe I’m being picky but toilet didn’t look as though it had seen bleach for a couple of weeks and mildew on parts of the sink, uncleaned spillages on the shelves by the bed.

The hotel is really nice and the Diner served nice food with attentive staff. The room was clean and felt new.

No kettle in the room, there was a tea and coffee tray but no kettle. In the morning I searched the room for a kettle but there was not one in my room. I didn't have my morning coffee 😬 Upon checkout I was told that there are hot taps in the corridors for boiling water, something they did not inform me when checking in. I know that there are bigger problems in the world than not having a kettle but when you pay £150 for a hotel room you don't want to be wondering around a corridor first thing in the morning to get hot water, especially as I drink my morning coffee in my undies!

We loved the general vibe of the hotel, it was in a good location but a little noisy at times as very close to the road. The co working space in the building was ideal, and the diner across the carpark was amazing.

The room allocation we got wasn't great the first time so we had to ask to move as we didn't want a view onto the car park where people could see in. There is significant road noise from the nearby motorway that is very loud with windows open. In the courtyard they play very loud music all day long which is very frustrating when trying to work/being on work calls.

Molly´s was a wonderful and very, very comforting stay!! We were staying at The Wave Camp but we weren´t happy and not even minimally comfortable...So, we went to Molly´s. And what a GREAT decision! With competent and helpful employees, a great and very beautiful room with everything we needed (including an AMAZING hair dryer!!) and a very comfortable bed, it was a night well spent after a long day surfing and a last minute decision ;) I must also give a 10 to Molly´s Dinner for the outstanding breakfast! Don´t hesitate to stay here! I wish we decided to stay here in the first place! thank you for everything ;)

I wish I had decided sooner to leave The Wave Camp (my first reservation) and change to Molly´s! We loved everything about Molly´s

Took my PC to do some work during my stay and common area was very comfortable and providing. Free coffee and tea is a nice detail. Room is comfortable with a big TV with chromecast. Shower works well with complementary shampoo and body soap.

I would only switch stays when going back to bristol for something a bit cheaper. It's also a bit far from downtown which is not to terrible given that is a 20 min bus ride. Not a lot of stuff nearby to go walking. DIner is a bit fancy which is nice but not very affordable given that the room has no mini-fridge nor any other appliances
