This is a very fair boarding house. The room was clean and a staff member checked the room each day, changing towels, emptying bins etc. By UK standards it was a decently sized room with 2 single beds. The bathroom looked a bit tired but everything worked well, there was hot water all day. The house is on the A8 which is very handy for bus routes. It is close to Murrayfield. Edinburgh Zoo is a couple of bus stops away. There's a row of convenience shops just 200 metres off. There was little contact with the team, but the cleaner was pleasant and the telephone voice that gave me the entry code was warm and helpful. I had two problems with equipment on my first day there, which I reported, and they were fixed promptly the next day.

Personal taste, I found the mattress too soft. It is a busy road so despite double glazing there's road noise. The road starts to get busy from dawn. There is a hanging rail but no form of cupboard or drawers in the room.

The location was excellent, close to a venue I was attending for an event. Parking on site was a bonus. I met one member of staff during my stay and she was professional and friendly. The property could do with some refurbishment but my room was spacious, a comfortable bed and clean

There was no one there on arrival and I hadn't been given a key code number. I rang the contact number and this was sorted quickly.

A nice home feel, proximity to central, overall clean and quiet

broken shower head- a little check of the facility prior to new guest coming it was a little noisy at late night about 9pm but glad it was not through the night , probably a written notice to guest to reduce noise especially late at night when one is trying to sleep will help

Easy to get to by airport bus Easy check in. Perfect for the great price. Bathroom was new and completely renovated. Spa shower.

No iron or steamer in room . Not sure if avail on property but really this seems to be the norm in Europe do not complaining.

Good communication, good instructions for settling in and leaving again. Free parking is always great. Rooms much nicer than in pictures, pics need updated for sure.

Road works right by room window, not anyone's fault but a warning would have been nice, did not bother us but I think it could have really upset others as it was very close and very loud.

we booked this for Harry Styles at Murrayfield stadium. was a perfect location. literally 2 mins away. free parking!

a bit outdated. but still comfortable and had everything we needed. although I think it is getting redone as new bathroom with a really good shower in.

the room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We thought the shared bathroom would be a problem but no one shared it with us so it was fine

it was a little out of the town but once we figured out the buses it was fine

Good sized room nicely decorated. Very Clean. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet.Lots of tea and coffee with proper sized mugs. Easy late check in.

Bathroom a bit outdated but very clean. I couldn't get the TV to work but that was probably me rather than anything else. Was a little bit out of the way for my work but plenty of buses.

the lady in charge told me the rooms were fully booked even after I paid.She said I was supposed to check in between 1pm and 5pm but I came in by 8pm but she later allowed me in and the rooms were not fully booked.She needs to improve

Room 2 was fantastic - brand new en-suite. Good communication with owner. Good free parking down side street.

Hallways a wee bit shabby, pile of laundry at front door, but can't really complain at the price of the stay.
