Liked the privacy. Bed was clean and comfy. Room was comfy. Nice that there were signs everywhere. Next to the town and the beach. Could see the view from the window. Coffee and tea provided if wanted. Nicely decorated. Communication between the owner was good. Overall very nice.

A cobweb on the bedside table and a spider on the ceiling. No airfreshener in the loo. Nothing too major. Was a nice overnight stay

Fantastic location, close to a great beach, the train station, the harbour and town centre . It is in a quiet street featuring gorgeous houses. The hostel is also part of a beautiful house full of character . I loved the vibe of he place. It really felt like being at home. You can feel the owner loves travelling as it is filled with great pieces of decoration and art. The man in Charge when we got there was very friendly and very helpful.

The bed mattresses were a bit too soft for me.

The owner is so lovely and is doing an amazing job at keeping this lodge clean and friendly. The area is calm and 5 minutes far from a beautifull beach. The center and the station isn't far. The bed were really confortable and the kitchen is practicle with everything you need (fridge, coffee, tea)

This was distress purchase with no previous experience of hostels. The house was bright, a bit querky , both comfortable and relaxed. Very generous kitchen and public spaces. Lovely outside space too. Turned out to be ideal for my one night. I wish I could have stayed longer. Judi, the host, clearly tried to make your stay as good as it can be.

I struggle to find something not to like. It's a hostel so no onsuite but on my floor two very clean and bright fully functioning toilet/shower rooms to serve four bedrooms. Just one thing, it's a good job I had a towel with me, that's probably in the booking information if I'd looked properly.

Excellent location, loved the decor, Judi was lovely and friendly. Other guests were respectful of each other.

Nothing about the actual place - just the next door neighbours played very loud music - wouldn’t be a problem in the front rooms but was audible even with windows shut.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in my life. It is spacious, clean, quiet and has everything a backpacker needs. The host is extremely kind and helpful. I particularly appreciated the custom of taking off our shoes at the entrance, which made me feel at home.

Not being able to spend more days there!

The location is great, close to the train station and city center. The place is very clean and tidy, you need to take off your shoes before you enter in the house, which is great.

if the hostel is crowded the number of toilets can be a problem.

Noisy from the students accommodation next door. I cancelled my booking 7/10/23 at 2am and wasn’t refunded. What I was told is that it was last minute cancellation, when there was still plenty of time.

Great location, clean and comfortable We were able to park our car in same street for free. A few minutes walk to beach and small supermarket. The Princess Pavilion is just up the road and good for a drink and sometimes free entertainment.

Excellent value for money, great location, lovely rooms and facilities - exactly what we needed for uni drop off weekend, plus a bit of time to see Falmouth. Friendly atmosphere and friendly proprietor.
