Staff are very well trained, polite and friendly. There is a good level of staffing. The evening food in the restaurant was very, very good. The breakfast Eggs Benedict weren't over-cooked. Complimentary use of the pool was very nice (it's heated to a good temperature). We didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that.

We were in room 74. There might as well be curtains between the adjacent rooms, because we could hear everything that was said, and also their 7am alarm! The soap dish was hanging off the wall and the anti-slip mat had a lot of black mould on the underside. The extractor fan didn't work, which probably explains the mould. We don't think that's 4-star quality.

Our room could have done with being better soundproofing. Onoufirst night the people in the room next door played films and chatted very loudly until 1am.

The location was fabulous near the beach and a short walk into Falmouth, but not for people with mobility issues. The hotel was modern, and most areas of the hotel were very stylish. Our room 11 was comfortable and was clean with a view partially looking over the sea but not exceptional for the money we paid. No aircon, safe or fridge. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfasts were excellent but prices for evening meals were very expensive, so we ate elsewhere most evenings.

The parking was a challenge with not enough spaces available. If spaces were not available, we had to either pay at the car park opposite or leave the car on the road outside the hotel. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra to use the spa, as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. We thought treatments would be extra but not the use of the spa itself. The health club was available and included in our price but wasn't as comfortable to spend time in as the spa would have been. To be totally honest, it wasn't good value for money.

All of the staff were extremely welcoming, polite, engaged and efficient. The food was incredible and varied, I'm a bit fussy but the chef did a great job in working with them. The rooms were Immaculate. The Gym (and Spa, but i didnt use it) was a huge attract and all the classes were a real bonus. Please thank Christian for his great service and friendliness.Not that everyone else wasn't efficient, but he stood out. The location was perfect for a family holiday.

Nothing. The only thing that could be improved is adding a fresh fruit salad to breakfast and perhaps offer omelette however, I do appreciate why those two options could lead to wastage and time delays. Although it was more than we'd normally spend on a stay cation, it was worth it.

This hotel certainly exceeded our expectations! The location was superb. Just a minutes walk to the beach and a ten minute stroll into town. We visited the spa on two occasions to try out the hydrotherapy pools. This spa is without doubt the nicest spa we have ever been in. Outstanding! All of the staff were very well trained and highly courteous and friendly in all our interactions. Thank you to all the staff that made out trip to Cornwall so worthwhile and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the breakfast. The staff always tried to offer a window seat if one was available without having to ask for one! These are the small details that make the difference.

It would have been nice to have the option to use the spa for one hour rather than two as time is precious on holidays when you only have a short stay.

Excellent breakfast with amazing choice. Perfect poached eggs. The Health Spa facilities which were included were very good. I especially enjoyed the sauna after a cold sea swim. All the staff were very helpful and efficient. My bags which I left pre check in had been taken to my room when I arrived at check in time. Really helpful and a lovely surprise as there was no lift to my 2nd floor room. Loved the fluffy towels and towelling robe and it was nice to have a room with a bath.

The room was rather too warm as the weather was hot for a couple of days and my room was in the roof. The duvet was too much. I ended up removing the duvet and just sleeping under the duvet cover. The duvet I discovered was rather stained so I didn't feel like replacing it when the weather cooled somewhat.

excellent quality accommodation made even better by a fantastic sunny balcony which we had booked as a rom package. Booking Staff also great as they advised us before arrival that some building works (during the week only) were being carried out on the side of the hotel we had booked & managed to swap rooms for us to a quiet side. As it happens I don't think it would have been annoying, but very good honesty from the hotel.

breakfast could have been better, fruit was average, O/all choices slightly under par for the price of the breakfast, various things kept running out (which did get replenished).

Our first visit to St Michael's Resort & Falmouth. We were warmly welcomed, shown around & immediately made to feel relaxed.Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, food both in the Brasserie & Garden Kitchen. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Spa was superb with its beautiful outdoor sauna,hot tub plunge pool & loungers in subtropical gardens overlooking the sea. 2hr Hydrothermal session was wonderful, several different types of steam rooms & saunas, rainforest showers, & heated loungers all make you feel completely relaxed. Comfortable,quiet room with huge bathroom. Every comfort catered for. Definitely will be returning.

It's not really fair to find fault but a fridge and safe in the room would have been helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and they’ve made the most of the location. The spa is incredible, the food and service are great.

I wasn’t too keen on how the hotel can be accessed from the street at several points, with no key card access to where the rooms are. For example, the ‘beach house’ can be reached from a side street- very convenient for the beach, but there’s nothing to stop anyone walking in. The hotel is dog friendly- which is lovely, although there were some issues with dogs barking in rooms during the evening (although this is more an issue of dogs being left alone, rather than the hotel itself) Neither of these aspects would stop me from returning however.

Location was excellent just across road from beach .our room was classic with courtyard right next to garden so you hear all the noise. But selcluded off a little path with a gate and fencing. Room was adequate size and decor was lovely.unfortunately we had a family staying next door which children screamed till 12.30 at night so no chance of peace. Cocktails were lovely normal price for cocktails. Breakfast was fine plenty of choice and helpful staff. Down fall is the parking not a lot of spaces once you get a spot dont go anywhere in car or you will lose it. Would go back but to rent a apartment there so you can get a sea view. There is a resturant on the beach which serves lovely food. Plenty of entertaiment at the site with barbecues weather permitting outdoor cinema etc. The balconey room are facing side road so you have to crane your neck to get a sea view. Check and and out was very good helpful staff. As said would stay again hopefully with no screaming kids. Lovely ling costal walk along bay both sides of resort
