This guest house is a modern well maintained building right near to the harbor, the family who run the house are lovely and friendly and the place is clean and modern, decorated to a high standard. I asked for tinned tomatoes' for breakfast and they went and purchased a tin especially for me, so a big thankyou, and breakfast was as good or if not better than we have had anywhere. I would say this was excellent value for money and the owners could not have been any nicer and always asked if everything was ok. We certainly would recommend this place and would def stay here again. Nigel / Sarah

There was nothing not to like.

Really pleasant stay at the Tregorran guest house. Gareth and lara were extremely welcoming and always interested in how I was enjoying my stay in and around mevagissey. Breakfast each morning was superb and a good plateful at that.

As with most of mevagissey the road are narrow and steep to negotiate in a pickup and the car parking was a bit of a squeeze at times. The bathroom unfortunately didn’t have a shaving socket to charge my toothbrush.

Overall, very good indeed. The location is only a very short walk (although very steep) to the harbour. The hosts were both pleasant and helpful, and the premises themselves very smart and spotlessly clean. There was also many thoughtful small personal touches, like the daily weather forecast on a sign in the breakfast room, a full range of leaflets for local attractions, etc.

Because of the location being so close to the harbour, the approach road is narrow and the car parking can be tight at times. Both are prices worth paying for, to be close to this close to the town and the harbour.

nothing I didn't like, but I would have liked to have a sea view (my room didn't but others did) there was access to a terrace from the breakfast room, both of which which did have a lovely view.

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the accommodation is pleasant, and the food is excellent. The property is very well placed for the town with its harbour, shops and restaurants and for the Cornish coast path. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a few minutes by car or can be reached on foot.

Lovely comfortable guesthouse,fabulous breakfast,Gareth and Lara made us feel very welcome,good location,5 mins into mevagissey Harbour which did not dissapoint!definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Noisy seagulls,not anyone's fault tho and shows how close you are to the harbour!

The room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was yummy. Lara & Gareth are lovely people and you can see that they really put a lot of effort into their little guest house. It’s just a few minutes walk into the cute fishing village where you can find a lot of local shops and the harbour.

One breakfast option was a croissant with butter and jam - which was yummy but not quite enough. The other two options were very filling though! The room was a bit small for two people but lovely and very clean nonetheless!

Nice & clean, great views, breakfasts were lovely & Gareth & Lara were lovely, very welcoming & chatty, parking & close to the harbour. Lovely balcony to sit out on & enjoy the sunshine.

Only it being on a hill, lol, I heard you can drive down to the harbour, or give your calfs a workout, nothing to dislike.

The walk to the harbour was only five minutes away through lovely narrow streets. The customer service was second to none. The food was great and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we got there. We were very impressed.

The property was on top of a very steep hill.

Breakfasts were very good. A nice choice. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very well situated to travel to lots of nearby attractions. (Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, plus other Costal towns). Our best find was Mawgan Porth.

My own fault. But the name Cliff Street really didn't impact on me till we got there. As I suffer from COPD, we managed the hill to the harbour only once. So please bear this in mind when booking.
