I Wife is Disabled and the Staff so very helpful - Friendly - and Courteous. Room was Exceptional especially for disabled. Parking was Excellent. The Manager was so kind nothing too much trouble for her a Credit to the establishment also all the Staff. I Highly recommend this Establishment.

Absolutely nothing all good

Breakfast was nothing short of outstanding. All freshly cooked to order and top standard - wish other hotels were as good as this.

Had no problem paying £15 for our dog, but felt that it should have been more clear in the listing. Rather than a charge 'may be applicable'. Only for feedback. Didn't spoil our stay at all.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the lady who served us ( I didn’t catch her name) was very on it, and was very on it with what we asked for. The hollandaise ham and poached eggs was absolutely delicious.

Nothing could’ve been better. They’ve done a very good job with the hotel and the food and staff is lovely.

absolutely nothing

I loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it's very easy to get to with lots of parking. All of the staff were very relaxed, professional and attentive. The service was second to none and the food was truly sublime especially the hash browns for breakfast and the crab stew for dinner! I would say I wish I'd asked for the hash brown recipe but I'd be the size of a house in a month so best to wait for my next return visit. The rooms were quiet and I loved the rainfall shower especially being 6'5'' often showers can be too small for me so this was wonderful. The lighting was on point in the room and the design of the hotel and bar was refined and elegant.

The whole place has been newly renovated and in a modern, clean and calm style. All the facilities you need are available, including a hair dryer, iron, safe, comfy beds, a lovely bathroom, and smart TV. The blackout curtains do a great job, and there are a variety of lighting options in the room (including a motion sensor night light in the bathroom). The breakfast was also fantastic. We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant and had one of the nicest meals I've had in a long time, a menu of fantastic flavours and brilliantly cooked food. We have already recommended this place to friends and family and will be back.

There were a couple of particularly loud people returning to their room later in the evening, maybe some more soft furnishings in the corridor might help reduce some sound disruption, but in all honesty this was a momentary issue and they were gone. I can't find anything to moan about, it was great!

We stay in a lot of hotels for work and I would definitely put this place in my top 3

If I were being incredibly picky I would say it was understaffed. There was one member of staff dealing with hotel guests, bar & restaurant (except for i assume the chef). This didn’t impact my stay personally as the one member of staff clearly worked incredibly hard and did better than most could have done, but I could see this being a problem for some people. They had obviously staffed for bookings and not walk ins and had the restaurant and bar been full the lovely lady would not have been able to cater to everybody.

The staff are amazing. they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. the bed rooms are new and lovely and comfortable.

We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family. The decor is modern and the rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and dinner at the restaurant was equally as good, so we ate there most nights. The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Also a big thank you to the owners who were so lovely and welcoming and even gave us a lift when we got lost. Nothing ever seemed to much. This was one of our best hotel experiences. My whole family enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel and excellent restaurant. Perfectly decorated and designed. Fabulous food and atmosphere. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. In particular, the receptionist who showed us to our rooms and the main waiter in the restaurant. He worked hard all evening but was pleasant and helpful to every table, despite being so busy.

The reading light above the bed is hard to turn off because the cord is behind the headboard. Also the rooms were too hot first thing in the morning but still excellent rooms, beautifully designed.
