The room was specious, a couple of comfy chairs, a nice spacious bathroom. The bed was comfy, beautiful view of the gold course. Breakfast was fantastic quality. Staff friendly. Wonderful suroundings.

Car park has one entrance in and out, which is also used by golf carts to take golf clubs and bags to cars. This make it a bit dangerous as some drivers just whizz into the cark park with wild abandon and no thought for anyone else. We were nearly hit by the first of 3 who was driving way too fast. Be aware and wary of this. Thought the continental breakfast could have had a large selection. As a real ale drinker, although I wasn't able to have a drink on this visit was disappointed to see no real ale on tap. Check in time very late at 4pmm with quite an early checkout time of 10am.

I'd lived nearby about 15 years ago. This was a massive improvement to how it was when I last visited when it was called Ingon Manor Golf Club. Once I saw the improvements in the golf course I regretted not bring my clubs. The service was excellent, food great (but not a huge choice but suited me) and they were totally accommodating to my small dog.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss. And a bit slow. But my wife and I are big users watching videos and similar high bandwidth stuff. Would not have been important because I have unlimited data on my phone but the signal was only 3G so useless. Interestingly there was a superb 5g service in the centre of Stratford upon Avon.

The setting was lovely, good location to drive into Stratford or other local area. The views from our room over the gardens were lovely. Spacious room, clean bathroom and thick towels. Good supply of coffee/tea items. We needed be batteries for the remote control and the staff sorted this immediately. The bar and restaurant areas were large and spacious. The cooked breakfast was fresh and any items which weren't, were replaced with ease. Staff were very helpful and friendly

I would have preferred more choice for a continental breakfast. Different croissants or bakery items & berries I would however definitely stay again if we're back in the area

Everything about the Stratford Park is first class. We had a great welcome and found our room really comfy with an excellent view of the gold course. Good wardrobe/storage facilities and everything was so clean. The hotel has its own restaurant and although it's not an extensive menu, the food was first class and reasonably priced. We need to single out both Maz, the manager and Morad, who were so friendly and attentive, they always went the extra mile to accommodate us and make us welcomed. The hotel is so well situated for the area's 'tourist' attractions, it really was a great find and hopefully we will visit again.

Our only small niggle was the two smaller beds joined to make a large double. I always seemed to find the join.

The hotel room and facilities exceeded our expectations. Every appearance that the hotel is very well managed and well maintained. The room provided was quiet, clean, comfortable and well appointed. I need to single out Maz (manager) for providing the highest standard of service and support I have encountered in years. We were facing a few challenges and Maz was genuinely caring and went the extra yards and then some. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and taking the time to talk to Maz about any special requirements. I will certainly stay here on future visits.

That I didn’t bring golf clubs as the golf course looked to be in exceptionally good condition and offered very good rates for hotel guests. Next time!

Unfortunately the lift was out of use during our stay. Claire did offer to change our room on our second day but as we were only on a three day stay we opted to stay in our first floor room

The room was spacious and clean, The only fault we found was no grab handles to assist entry or exit from the bath/shower. and there was signs of black mold on some of the bath tiles.

It was in a nice location, far enough out of town to be nice & quiet. We had a superior room, which was a good size with a large bed (2 singles put together). They also allow dogs everywhere, which is good, as we brought our pooch with us (obviously checked beforehand). Friendly staff, especially one guy who seem to be running the place singlehandedly!

Breakfast was OK. One second morning, there was no cooked breakfast to help yourself. Instead being cooked to order. Some of it was a bit cold. We believe it was all being done by the same guy who was taking orders, seating people, basically doing everything! We felt a bit sorry for him actually, he must have been exhausted, as he was also on the day before, all day!

Lovely location, very quiet. Our patio room overlooked the golf course and was very scenic. Spacious public areas and good choice for breakfast (cereals, yogurt, cooked English breakfast, pastries, juice, tea, coffee etc.).

When I booked with Booking.com I selected “Deluxe King with Patio” rooms and requested 2 of them from the drop down menu. However, the hotel had only booked us one room with a patio and the other room was across the corridor and had no patio. This was easily rectified by the Staff, but if I hadn’t noticed or if they had been fully booked, we would have missed out.

The proximity to the venue I needed to be at for my work commitment, the rural location, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and the styling of the room.

I was in room 103 which is beneath a room that has very loud, squeaky floorboards. At 12.57 I was woken by someone walking around the room upstairs. I looked at the time because of being woken. I was able to hear each shoe being dropped on the floor, a drawer being opened, the toilet flush and finally silence. Is there staff accommodation above? I have stayed at this property 3 times; twice in room 103 and this has happened both times. I suggest the manager stays in this room to experience for themselves the noise of the floorboards in the quiet, early hours when someone above returns to their room and see what can be done. I appreciate it’s an old building but this room is particularly poor for this.

The bed was extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel despite being two singles zipped together - really big and as long as you didn’t lie on the middle bit, it was so soft and warm. Really lovely clean bathroom and nice spacious bedroom. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, we felt so comfortable and had lovely interactions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked delicious.

The downstairs main bar area was a little sparse and not super comfortable, perhaps a few more soft furnishings would make it a little comfier. but the warm staff and lovely atmosphere made up for it.
