Lovely friendly staff. Room was great with good quality bedding) Had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant , food was delicious thanks to the chef 🙂) and staff lovely & helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning and a special thanks to Daniel who was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you.

Good quality bedding in the room, but pillows too soft and so my neck was aching in the morning as not able to get comfortable. (So perhaps option of firm pillows available in the wardrobe or something?) More tea/coffee sachets in rooms. Also please just have a fuller glass partition in bathroom for shower & not a shower curtain that just clings to you whilst you’re trying to shower! (Yuk)

Breakfast was very good as was the bar food. We did not try the restaurant. Good location and a dog walk on site.

Was supposed to be dog friendly but I felt the complete opposite. I had to sign an A4 size disclaimer saying that I must keep my dog quiet and not be a nuisance to other guests!!!! It is a shame that did not apply to the noisy screaming children. Waited an hour one the Saturday evening for cheese and biscuits after being served by a rather surly young woman. No toiletries in bathroom on arrival. Sparkling water in room instead of still???

We really liked how the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The family room was spacious and the WiFi was fast. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis in the games room but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the swimming pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will remember the hotel if we are in the area again.

I hope the hotel can do more to improve their environmental impact. Why plastic cups in plastic bags in the bathroom? A hang over from Covid perhaps, that need to go. Also dispensers for shower gel and shampoo would be better than small bottles.

The location was excellent. Just a short distance from the town, nice and quiet. Lovely setting for a hotel. Room was of a high standard. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast.

The ONLY thing that let our stay down were the teabags in the room. I don't know whether they have chosen to move to environmentally friendly ones or not, but almost every brew ended up with half a cup of tealeaves. This was such a small matter on the whole I didn't feel it deserved a complaint.

My room was super-comfortable, everywhere clean, staff were really friendly and helpful, easy to park, felt totally safe.

My only 'complaint' is that the food (I was part of a conference) was really quite disappointing, pretty dull and similar dishes, eg curry one day and chilli the next! When I bought my own food, I felt it was very expensive and small portions (and I sent my chips back as I felt they weren't cooked enough and they took an AGE to come back (when the rest of my meal was cold)).

The Hotel is very nice with excellent parking. The reception staff are very helpful which is a plus. The hotel is in a good position, nice and quiet. the grounds are very nice and attractive.

The cooked breakfast plates were cold on both mornings at around 9am when we took breakfast. On the second day I mentioned to the male Dining room manager that the plates were all cold he replied they were red hot at 7:15 am. DAH There was also no fridge in our upgraded superior room, which was a shame for a Hotel of this standard.

Space and freedom to move around easily.

I had to remind staff that I had ordered another drink and the restaurant had no record of me having reserved a table for dinner even though I recieved an email confirmation prior to arrival. However, there were plenty of empty tables to choose from, so it didn't matter. I could not turn the room TV on, so I decided to read instead, which is a plus point. I woke up earlier than intended because the curtains did not block out the sunlight sufficiently.

Excellent location just outside central Stratford upon Avon. Well set out with open plan bar area with seating and plenty of space between tables to get round. Restaurant was easily accessible and food was very good. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking was free with plenty of spaces. Would definitely visit again.

Nothing to dislike staff were helpful and polite. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and hotel in a very good position.

I like the buffet menu and there was enough choice. The room was clean and was stocked. The spa was nice.

The spa opening times are quite short on the weekend and I was attending a conference so it was hard to use it. I found the queue for the food did not make sense at all- desert bar first, then salad, then mains- splitting these up would make a lot more sense but the duty manager kept trying to keep it like this.

Hotel was lovely, had a good amount of facilities, bed was comfortable and clean. Hotel is nice and it was a pleasant stay

No one on reception twice when i tried to speak to someone, no one explained about breakfast, where to go/times etc or about the pool. I paid for breakfast but unfortunately didnt eat it there. Everyone checking in or already there seemed older or elderly, i think it caters for an older generation which is ok as it was quiet.
