AC Hotel Tucson Downtown

The location is convenient. We called for extra towels and not more than 4 minutes later, staff came with towels. Eventhough it was in a loud downtown spot, we did not hear any noise when we were in the room. Very well soundproofed. Clean, comfortable.

It was nice there was a parking garage attached but it is an extra charge per day. The hotel key didn't work every time we wanted to exit the garage so we had to press the button for assistance to be let out. Itd be nice if we got clear instructions on how to use it before check in.

Convenient location to the university and walking to restaurants and bars.

The parking key pass never worked, so you had to call for service every time you come back or leave. There is not real closet or drawers to put your things. There are also minimal electrical outlets. For coffee maker and iron. Only by the desk or in between the beds which only work for plugging in your cell or ipad as there is no room for anything else.

Parking is a reasonable $20 per day, covered, and just an elevator ride to the lobby. Parked our car for a week while we took Amtrak to New Orleans and gave us peace of mind that it was safe. Our room on our second stay was a corner room on the 7th floor with a great sunset view. If you are taking Amtrak, the station is, literally, 2 blocks away.

Our 6th floor room on our first stay was "pool view". Not what you think it is because the pool is on the 6th floor, and the only window in the room was tiny, and the pool deck was right outside. Luckily, no one used the pool deck during our short overnight, because there would have been absolutely no privacy with the drapes open even a little.

It offers breakfast in this page but there is no breakfast, I learnt this when I tried to have breakfast and they made me a refund. It was disappointing

The location was ideal for our purpose. Easy access to everything downtown has to offer and close enough to walk to 4th Avenue.

It was so close to the nightclub next door that you could here everything until they closed at 2:30am.

Room was very nice ,large and comfortable, ac was freezing cold in Tucson summer secure check in and location perfect

Hip bars near by are noisy till 2am Parking expensive use MLK garage close and cheap

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. The pool was awsome.

In the list of amenities it said mini bar, there was none. No jacuzzi was a bummer. No room service

I got the king. The room was nice.

No one told me they were going to charge me $20 for parking in the garage. If they say it's because I left after checkout time. I went to the lobby at 1155 and no one was out there. I waited and then the man came out finally and I was looking at stuff in their little shop. Grabbed a couple drinks and then left the parking garage at 1208.

I didn’t like the restroom door inside the room. it’s a sliding door leaving no privacy at all. everything else was really really good. also, I think, for the price, it should include breakfast.

great views from the room. Close to all the places you want to go to in Downtown Tucson.
