Family owned small hotel - not a standard place of a big hotel chain. Each room different, old/unique/home-like furniture - all that makes a climate place where you can feel like at home, not like at a hotel. Excellent staff, very kind owner! Exceptionally friendly atmosphere. Breakfast included home made cookies - eaten jointly with other guests at the same nicely decorated table what meant great and pleasant conversations at the beginning of each day.

Braekfast is continental, contains only sweet components. E.g. an availability of cream or cottage cheese would be helpful for guests trying to limit sugar foods.

This is a gorgeous restored historic structure in a town which has some old and some new. It is lovingly cared for and there are many details that make the location beautiful. Unloading from the car through the entry gate brings one into a very special garden. The central hall is elegant with the dining area at the back. It is a very nice breakfast. Mostly though, the innkeepers met us, arranged us in our room and accommodated our interest of cycling around the city to get to know Tucson. It was very personal. Admittedly, they upgraded our room as we were there during an off-season time. This certainly added to the delightfulness and value of visiting. There were quite a few birds outside our room and sitting beside the pool was very pleasant.

This was a beautiful, comfortable step back into a mansion. It has I believe seven rooms come all very different with private baths, some with their own door out to a shaded green patio with a small pool and hot tub. Breakfast was more than simple Continental but not eggs and meats and such. There are so many thoughtful touches, and Honor bar with top shelf liqueurs, guides to things about the area, a $10 voucher per person for a couple of local exceptional restaurants which may be used for breakfast or lunch away from the end. If you plan ahead, there are electric bicycles which may be used to tour the city, not sure if helmets or locks are available there because we did not try that. It is very well located, near the trolley, The turquoise trail, 6th street, Congress and 4th Ave. We feel so fortunate that there was a room at the inn for this trip

No complaints! Only that we didn't have more time there and that we did not know about the option of the bicycles before we got there

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It truly felt like a home away from home The jacuzzi and pool in the backyard were an oasis from the hot day here in Tucson. Kristin was so friendly and helpful- always ready to give us tips on places to visit and she welcomed us with open arms! The voucher for breakfast was a nice way to visit local restaurants nearby.

N/A The shower water took a little while to turn hot but to be expected in an old historic home like this! Overall very happy with our stay here and will definitely come back again.

Good location. A boutique type hotel run by the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. The room accommodation was spacious. Breakfast was fine , though some items not to our taste.

The shower area, safe and TV were all rather small. While there was seating available in the room, it was not placed together to enable easy conversation.

This place was so beautiful and well maintained. The attention to detail from the sound machine in the room to the honey sticks by the tea bar put this place over the top. Old school charm with modern day ammenities.

Checking in took a bit of time but as this isn't a traditional check in, it was understandable.

Small continental breakfast was good and they provide you with breakfastvouchers for 3 different restaurants nearby! The house was beautiful just as the different rooms are. In the garden they have a pool and jacuzzi wich look like a natural pool. It was very nice for a couple hours relaxing! The staff was very friendly!

This is not like staying in a hotel, this is more on par with the top of the line AirBnb. Access to a fully functional kitchen, bar, dining room, and sitting area make this a place to come back to after a busy day and relax

This is a gorgeous, historic inn that was lovingly restored and is immaculately maintained. It is one of the few properties in Tucson with a pool. We had the room off the kitchen and it is truly soundproofed - we didn't hear a sound! The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a generous array of snacks and beverages (including adult beverages) available and included in your room price as well as toiletries.

It was a surprise to learn that a hot breakfast is not served, however, you can receive a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. It's a nice idea to support local businesses, but not ideal to go off-site if you have mobility issues. They do provide fruit, cereal, and some pastry, so if you don't want a hot breakfast anyway, this suffices nicely.

Entire manor and every room is beautifully and tastefully furnished. Innkeeper couple, Alex and Melissa, are very courteous, attentive, friendly and professional, were a delight to know. Stayed one night and felt like our own home, just as clean and comfortable with fully appointed kitchen. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
