It’s a nice hotel and well maintained.

It was SO LOUD. We were put at the very beginning of the hallway so we heard EVERYTHING outside our room. We were also booked next to a connecting room that was also occupied so that was also really loud. In such a large hotel, and for nearly $150, I expected better. I’m also still waiting on my deposit to be returned 2 days later, which was an additional $75. I’ve always been satisfied with my hotel value through booking but I definitely feel I could have had a better experience for less money elsewhere.

The location was great and it was quiet at night .when I called for anything they were very prompt at getting it to my room

The air-conditioning was rattling and loud. The tile was very slippery and I had to catch my self and tweaked my back. One morning there were people outside my window washing vehicles so I heard the constant high pitched noise from the power washer. Also while I was trying to nap a maid knocked on the door even thought I had the do not disturb sign on the door. The door wouldn't always shut when leaving the dead bolt would get stuck in the open position

I think for as much as the room costs, the breakfast buffet should be included. I feel like Hilton does a huge disservice to it's customers by nickeling and diming them right on down to the bottle of water in the rooms costing $2.00 for non-members.

We had brought back leftovers from dinner on the first night. We had then placed the boxes outside the door, as housekeeping was just a room away working. They remained there for 2 full days before I picked them up and threw them in the housekeeping cart trash bag myself.

I have stayed here several times while visiting family in the Sabino Canyon neighborhood. The location is good for my purposes but might not make sense for everybody. I appreciate the pool and the bar.

Maybe this is an issue with Tucson generally, but there is nothing walking distance from the hotel (except a Culver's.) Breakfast is quite expensive. On one recent stay, there were children yelling in the common areas at 11pm. It's not the calmest place. I have noticed lately that the rooms are starting to show wear.

The hotel had an amazing scent as you walked in the front doors. The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a 24 convenience store available. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was close to everything we needed for our trip and parking was easy to find. There is also a Culvers fast food restaurant in the parking lot, which made it easy to grab something quick to eat.

Our air conditioning unit woke us up several times the first night, it made loud cracking and popping noises. I went to the front desk the next morning and they sent the mechanical engineer to our room to look at it. Later that night when we got back to our room the a/c was still making the same noise. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room. As soon as we settled into our new room the a/c made the same noises but louder than the previous room. We had to switch to another room. We were exhausted from the long day and the last thing you want to do is change rooms several times. The other thing that was bothersome was we could not locate any vending machines for water. We had to use the convenience store and it was VERY expensive.

Enjoyed my egg white omelettes at the restaurant inside the Hilton. Excellent service from my servers Dylan and Leanne; both were very personable and attentive to my needs. The front desk folks were nice as well and helpful regarding my questions. The room was lovely and clean with everything in working order. Didn’t spend much time around the Hotel as I was visiting family; nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Tuscon East and would recommend their accommodations to anyone traveling to this amazing city.

People were very nice. Some of the cleaning crew were also apologetic for sharing the elevator. The king bed and those pillows were heavenly!

The property was not very clean in general. The surfaces of the only working elevator were dirty, and so were my room and some equipment in the fitness center. Diner at the restaurant was fit-for-purpose, but I would not be using that again if I return.

The hotel and room were nicely appointed and clean.The location was in a safe and secure neighborhood. The East side of Tucson was close to my destination (FYI-close to Mount Lemon- hiking and the East side of Saguaro National Park, and historic downtown and museums are a 15-20 minute drive.)There are also numerous restaurants (fast food, chain, and family owned). Shopping galore. It was very quiet at night. The pool area is beautiful. Some rooms have a Mountain View. The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional.

The restroom didn’t have a fan. Some guests may not like not having a microwave. The rooms are cleaner because of no food preparation.

The location was great as were the facilities. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious.

I was VERY disappointed that for the price of the hotel, breakfast wasn't included. There was a breakfast buffet that you could pay for. I looked at it and it was sad and not worth the price.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I liked the QR codes and the internet was great.

Upon arriving and scanning the QR code, I calked room service and received a recorded message. I followed the messages instructions and waited for a call back from the restaurant, I never got a call.
