Absolutely loved the interior designs and the positivity given from the desk clerk! Location is easy to get in and out of also when we entered the room the A/C was a a comfortable 62 degrees which is my kind of temperature! We had a peaceful sleep that was quite and on the 3rd floor with elevator, Parking lot felt safe and secure

The indoor pool is still under reconstruction as well as a lot of the facility but despite these minor set backs everything was ok however breakfast was a little smaller and some of the channels were a bit old I guess

The breakfast was amazing my bed was super comfortable and it was quite and peaceful. The staff was amazing and the front desk gentleman who work in the morning was very helpful with helping me understand my bill and when money would be returned and the money came when he said it would I truly enjoyed my stay!!

The only thing that was a let down was the smart t.v not connected to Wi-Fi but because the room was newly renovated the tv was New so they hadn't hook it up yet nevertheless a little uncomfortably,but overall an amazing stay I will return!!

The Ramada was a good hotel. I was impressed with the room and how big it was. The bed was comfortable.

The only criticisms I have for the facility is the bathtub was curved on either side and it made standing difficult. We could not book a handicap accessible one. It did have one handbar in the shower but that was it. The breakfast was OK. It is what you would normally expect from a lower level motel chain. Not enough eggs or meat on the bar. But with COVID that is understandable. Here is the big complaint. We were charged a $50 damage deposit that was not even mentioned in anything when we were booking until after we arrived. I accepted it but did not like it. They did refund the deposit.

The price was very reasonable

I missed my flight and arrive early morning but stuff were kind to let me have a breakfast a little before open. Also there were warm breakfast, gravy, eggs and sausage ! Makes me happy to eat foods (not just continental) after a long travel hours. I stayed only 3 hours, nothing fancy but the room is clean and I got everything that I needed.

Very clean and staff are very kind and nice I thought that I was going to be swimming when I stayed but they are renovating it but everything was good

Feeling safe at the property there was not anyone walking around in the parking lot or people sleeping outside I felt safe and that's a big deal with me

The rooms were nice and clean, smelled Wonderful and the room was updated. There was some remodeling going on but everyone was friendly and pleasant. Very helpful. The Continental Breakfast was Nice. Very Nice Stay, would stay again.

There was no wifi available. Nice big screen TV but only local channels.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed! The best night’s sleep I’ve had for a while.

The gentleman at the front desk during the day and the lady working overnight both provided exceptional service.

The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled. Not sure why, but it was like that both days. We had a king room. The bed was very firm, which we found uncomfortable, but some people might like a firm bed. It was good guality, just very firm.

This hotel was a great overnight stay. Our room was clean, staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was great! I was genuinely surprised by the breakfast options.

Our bed was a little hard for my liking but it was fine for a night. I am sure those who prefer harder mattresses over soft. Otherwise, the hotel was great.
