polite and very understanding of my situation and the only thing that they forgot to do or probably didn't put in my right was my wake-up call but it wasn't a big deal but the manager even though there were short-staffed they were very very very very polite I have been at hotel rooms where I have spent thousands of dollars and I was waiting on my ride which took a couple hours and I was kicked off the property and it wasn't bothering anybody wasn't saying anything to anybody and had the police called on me to get me removed from the property at one place at the Ramada just because I was sitting there a while waiting on my ride to get off work which was very embarrassing especially when I didn't do anything wrong and it made me cry not this hotel I'm talking about other hotels this hotel was the most polite understanding short-staffed wonderful Hotel a little pricey but you know that's just how it is nowadays

Convenient location for business in that part of Little Rock . Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you expect . Staff was friendly and professional . Facilities were well maintained . Parking was well lit for after dark arrival and overnight security

They deliver exactly what they promise when you book . Check in was easy . Travelers needs were well provided for

We felt safe. Bed was very comfortable. It was clean.

We saw two glass doors that were broken. This made me wonder if it was vandalism. Elevator made loud noises which seemed like it might need repair. I understood there would be a microwave in the room which I needed due to being on a liquid diet required for a health reason. The microwave was down the hall next to the ice machine. Plus all words on it were in a foreign language which was weird and made it difficult to use.

Room was very clean with lots of space. Beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have liked to have more meal options. Check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Would like more options for eating/meals. Would like to see microwaves more available.

We did not eat the breakfast, the location was good there was Restaurants in the area.

I was satisfied with the Hotel, I had a eGift Card, which did not have the pin number on it, I was unable to use it customer service gave me a number to call the gift card help desk to help with the situation but, I could not get any help from the customer service so I was forced to pay with my charge card. After I came home I was able to get through to the customer complaint and they took care of it in one day.

Staff was awesome from Front Desk to Bistro. Was there for a family reunion and everyone enjoyed the room. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Will definitely use this hotel each trip!

I really love Ms Elena or Evelyn the lady at the front desk I really hate she's leaving Friday moving to Nashville but I wish her well and all her endeavors and may she be blessed you're losing a great employee

It’s clean, it smells nice, the staff is very helpful as well it’s nice and quiet.

The only issue I have is the hot water, I believe their boiler has minor issues, so the last few visits were okay.

Room service was missing. Asked maid for fresh towels the reply was no clean towels available. There was plenty of empty rooms that had clean towels. Front desk said this was due to covid policy. The vivid risk is the same if I have checked out or staying over. Plenty of options in this area.

After a long day of driving, it was wonderful to pull in to the hotel and get checked into our room. The young man at the desk was so nice. Everything was well marked for distancing and the lobby is lovely. Our room was wonderful. The bed was the best......so comfortable. I wish I could have stayed awake longer to enjoy it.

There was nothing about this hotel that wasn't terrific. Everything was wonderful.
