Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West

What I appreciated the most was the friendliness of the staff. The customer service was unmatched. Especially the morning lady. The hotel was very clean and it wasn’t too far from shopping centers in either direction. Quality Inn is always my first choice no matter where I go❤️

There were no surprises- all as expected clean and ready.

This isn’t a big deal however, the person whom I checked in with would have improved slightly (though he was courteous and no real issue) by pointing out the elevator and which direction to take upon arrival at my floor. That’s something I experience at most Comfort Inns and it’s helpful. One or more light fixtures in the room were broken. It wouldn’t turn on after swapping with a good bulb and was plugged in. Anyway stay was great overall.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of gnats in my room. My room also felt stuffy like it needed a humidifier in there.

The bathroom was very clean. Newer shower head, nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.

Need a tv channel guide in room.

The Quality Inn is very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot is a bit tight, but adequate.

Although the breakfast was good, it could be improved upon by adding a few more selections or varieties of items.

This facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Even the lobby smelled clean when we walked in. We were pleased with the comfort of the rooms and it was centrally located to where we needed to be. The staff was helpful and nice. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Our room was well-maintained and the bed was comfortable. I saw another review that said it was in a seedy area. This couldn't be further from the truth. The area is corporate, surrounded by other hotels, and offers easy access to shopping and good restaurants in a short drive.

Nothing! This facility provided us a safe and comfortable place to rest while we visited with family. It was close to restaurants and shopping and was easily accessible.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The morning staff was friendly and agreeable, but refused to inspect the room to see if we has destroyed it or smoked in it to guarantee refund of the "paid in advance" damage deposit demanded by the night clerk.

Your corporate policy enforced by the night manager. We stay in CHOICE hotels/motels as members for the past years and Little Rock was the FIRST and ONLY CHOICE facility to demand a security deposit. CHOICE has my name, address, phone, e-mail and a business address. We are 74 and easily findable! The local manager's demands would have made sense in a college town if we were NOT CHOICE members and had a history of smoking and/or destroying our rooms.

Beds were comfortable , room was spacious.

Breakfast selection could improve.

ALL the ice machines were broke and waiting on parts. Just hard to believe they all broke before they could get one repaired.

The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The bed was very clean and comfortable.

The toilet tank had a slow leak into the bowl, so it would occasionally need to refill, which made it sound like it was running fairly often.
