Breakfast was so cute delivered in a basket every morning. It was different every day, which is appreciated. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel recommended Tommy’s Wok, we went and it was excellent. Staff was super nice. The courtyard was beautiful. Hot tub hours are a little early.

Needed more counter space in the bathroom, my husband said the bed was uncomfortable, but I slept fine. You have to ask them to turn on the fireplace in the courtyard. It would have been nice if there was a switch. I didnt want to bother them, but i might have had coffee out there if it had been easily available to turn on.

The property itself is very pretty and welcoming. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful, super friendly, and knew a lot about things to do and excellent places to eat. Our room was a great size and had a very nice patio that gave an ocean view and an overview of the hotel's outdoor area and spa. Nice linens, comfy bed and a nice little table and chairs for eating/working/reading. Outside patio had 2 chairs and a table also. Very quiet area. And a really nice little 'continental breakfast' that was at our door every morning in a cute picnic basket. Very nice little bonus to our stay. The room had a nice separate dressing area and toilet/shower/bath area. Shower had nice water pressure and great water temperatures too. A most enjoyable stay that was close enough to walk about town but also just far enough to be calm and peaceful. A great location.

pretty spacious room equipped with a living area, kitchenette, jacuzzi, bathroom, and bedroom. random breakfast snacks were brought via picnic basket each morning and were great to start the morning off. while it's located at the top of the hill next to carmel's main strip, the four-minute walk was enjoyable

if the rooms were just a bit more affordable, this would be a go-to spot when visiting carmel.

Property was in a fantastic location and was a large room with fireplace. Walking distance to sooo many beautiful bars and restaurants and the sea.

A little pricey at over $600 aud for one night. Also breakfast included was a bit lean, it was a vastly however could have had a few more items inside - better selection of fruit on a platter and a few more pastry options would have nailed it

Hotel was VERY clean! Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stay at. All the staff members are great and they really keep the whole facility clean. Breakfast baskets were great, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and cozy!

The only unfortunate thing is that there is no A/C. The rooms offer a fan and ceiling fan but you will need to keep your windows open. It was between 68-70 degrees durning our stay and the room did tend to warm up. But the fans helped a lot. Would like to see a/c’s installed in the future. Also, parking can be a bit tight.

ocean view, window that opened, with screen, patio, nice slider that locked,comfortable bed, nice table & chairs for eating, working on ipad, etc. Nice continental breakfast delivered to room on time.

Noisy street out front, that did quiet down at night & some minor things, like a keurig that was difficult to shut, a shower release that was hard to pull & no lotion provided. (although dispensers for hand soap in bathroom & shampoo, conditioner, soap in shower were very nice.

The picnic basket breakfast was adorable and delicious! We also enjoyed relaxing by the fir and hot tub under fairy lights! It was so magical. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would love to return one day!

It was all amazing! Unfortunately the weather wasn't as cooperative, but we blame mother nature:)

The room was indeed nice, clean, and cozy, which made for a comfortable stay. Although the breakfast was rated as "wonderful", I found it to be quite simple. Cereal flakes, milk, some pastries, and fruits, though of good quality. Overall good exspirience. It's a bit pricey, but it's because of the location.

The breakfast wasn’t delivered until 8-8:30. Too late for us. Also there always seemed to be something missing. Not enough sugar or coffee pods. We had to ask for more. Boring bread. They said they would replace all the dirty dishes the next morning but we never got coffee cups. Some staff at front desk not very helpful. Others were better.

Continental breakfast was delivered in a basket to the room. Happy hour available in lobby with wine, cheese, crackers. Outdoor spa patio with fireplace was nice.

No coffee in the lobby. Krugig brew pot in the room. Rooms on the street level were over $100 more than one floor up. The stairs were hard for me.
