The villa and property were the perfect place to take in the beauty and essence of the Keys. The private beach was lovely and though our villa wasn't front row, we enjoyed the lush view of the palm trees and felt we were right at the oceanfront. Our son loved the pool and enjoyed the array of pool and beach toys provided. The villa had everything one needs, including a full kitchen with one of the most powerful blenders that we've come across in our travels (we love making smoothies but it works for all sorts of drinks). The beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and the two full bathrooms were a welcome feature as were the new washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy, both inside and on the big screened terrace/balcony. Staff are very friendly and effective, even helped procure a shop vac to clean out our sand-plagued car. Location is within a few minutes' drive of Curry Hammock state park which is great for family friendly kayaking. We also saw some guests get their kayaks delivered straight to the hotel and start paddling from there. All in all a great experience and we hope to be back.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

Everyone we met was very nice. The property is quiet and family oriented. Easily accessible to everything in Marathon.

The villa is dated but clean and well kept. Bathrooms are small but fine for the amount of time we were there.

Location right next to beach and private beach. Layout of villas and the pool and hot tub was really well thought through. Private and quiet.

The location was perfect, and the private beach/pool combo was great! Roselle was so kind and helpful when I called to confirm everything, and she was equally lovely when I called back the next day with some follow up questions.

The internal spiral staircase is a bit of a hazard (we called it the "Spiral of Death"). Getting luggage up to the bedrooms was a challenge, and it seems like there might be a fairly inexpensive way to update that to a safer option.

Great location… our unit did not have any kind of view but it was clean and comfortable. We took our 4 grown kids - 24, 24, 21 and 19. We had plenty of room.

It was a bit dated and smelled a bit musty when we first got there… Lots of steps so it would not be a good fit for anyone with any physical needs.

This is a great location and fun for the family with the beach, pool, and porch area. It was quiet and restful. Additionally, it was close to the Aquarium Encounters as well as the Island restaurant.

The bathrooms are on the third floor. That was somewhat challenging, but not terrible. The spiral staircase does also make it difficult to carry bags up and down.

The location was absolutely awesome. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Property was very relaxing and just a few steps to the pool and beach. Staff was incredibly nice and so helpful. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to help with any questions,

I love the location and the villa was excellent

The only problem was on the ceiling kitchen right on top of the sink. They have a liking. Other than that was perfect
