The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and lots of advice on places to see during our stay. The bedroom was really large, ideal for us as a family of four. There were lovely touches in the bathroom of makeup wipes and cotton wool balls, and the beds were very soft. Breakfast was lovely, there was two options of cooked ham and spinach with egg or continental with granola, fruit, yoghurt and a muffin. You could eat inside or outside in the beautiful garden area, and tea/coffee and juice was available. Location was perfect, we were only there for one night so wanted to see as much as possible. It was close to the famous Forest Gump Park, the cemetery and the waterfront, with shops and restaurants in between. We fell in love with Savannah and the hotel, and would love to return some day.

Incredible location, wonderful staff, and nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was also good, although there were only two choices. We would definitely stay again.

The beds in the room were very soft (kind of sink into it, which wasn't amazing for my back) and the pillows a little big. Might be good to have a few pillow options. I'm sure the hotel would have provided, if we had asked, but didn't realize until they were gone. Our room was also in the basement (or 1st floor), so close to kitchen and reception, so we could hear all the work. Not a really big issue, but thought I would mention.

The property is beautiful and overall, nearly & close-to, excellent. The staff, Scarlett was -OUTSTANDING- and super-helpful. The breakfast was -OUTSTANDING-, as well.

Small details will take this property from a '9' to a '10'. The bed was noisy/squeaky and not in an adult/sexy kind of way, either. It was a platform bed, which makes the whole room feel more like 'Ikea' and cheap, than a historical property. The rest of the room is spacious and cozy. The bathroom was/is clean, but some of the fixtures have antique patina/corrosion that hurt the overall 'freshness' of the room. Also, the staff warned us about hall noise, which is absolutely something that can be addressed by adding a partition to separate the dining room from the downstairs rooms, sound-deadening carpet, and closing/filling the gap between the room doors and the floors.

How quaint, historic, clean comfortable, spacious the rooms were. The team make you feel like they've known you forever. Parking is on site. As you may or may not know, parking is a hassle in savannah, however it was extremely convenient to have access to your vehicle without dealing with valet. Absolutely perfect stay.

What we absolutely did not love is to know that the Inn will have major renovation, a hotel will be built on parking site this is terrible news. I can understand renovation of interior as these are historic buildings, here's hoping they renovate respecting the historic element of the Inn. However, to build an eye sore and molesting the view will be a huge bummer and actually very sad and upsetting. We are so upset about this news..i certainly hope the owner is smart enough to listen to their customers and remain as they are- historic.

Our hostess/concierge, Scarlet, was so welcoming and helpful. As first timers to Savannah she helped us figure out what to do and see as we only had 2 days to visit the city. She also helped us with our dinner plans. The bed and breakfast is centrally located so we were able to walk anywhere in the down town area. The breakfasts were delicious and the wine hour looked inviting but we did not partake. Our room was comfortable and spacious and over all clean.

We had a corner first floor room which we loved but if street noise bothers you this would not be a good choice for you. We also felt the room could have been a bit cleaner in the corners and windows sills and there was enough dust on the bed side table that is was visible. There was also a bit of peeling paint on one of the walls but overall these things did not ruin our stay.

Very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and roomy. Parking was free, which was a bonus. Felt the location was great. We walked to the river, museums, and Forsythe Park area- super lovely area! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we like to check out other places. But it looked and smelled very good.

Noisy street for some reason. First night we heard people across the street until after 11 pm, but this may not have been the norm. Coffee pot in the room would have been a bonus for us. We love early morning coffee in bed.

Pretty garden. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Good location. Good sized room. We appreciated the breakfasts and the evening wine.

The bed was extremely high and even though there were steps provided, it was not easy to get in and out. Also, the steps were only on one side, and even though my husband is 6 ft he also found it hard to get in. The mattress had a polyester mattress protector which was very silky so that the bottom sheet moved around a lot, and I hate a wrinkled bottom sheet. Otherwise the bed was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was awesome. Prepared on site presented well. Delicious. Staff was so friendly and always right there. The “vibe” was great. They made you feel like family and welcome. Wine in afternoon was excellent. Courtyard was charming. Location was perfect. Within walking distance of everything. We especially liked Scarlett who managed in the morning. She was so efficient and friendly. The chef Octavian was also friendly and made breakfast fun. A major bonus was having parking on site.

More hooks in bathroom to hang towels and hooks near dresser for jackets etc.

We loved our stay at this little hotel in Savannah. The staff were extremely helpful and informative about what to do in and around Savannah. The happy hour each evening was a great way for guests to mingle and chat. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, although I am used to sleeping in a very quiet room. The noise from the unit didn't disturb my husband. Would have liked more choices on the breakfast menu than just the two options given.

Our stay was excellent, great location for walking and exploring Savannah. The evening wine time was a real bonus we got to meet our fellow guests which you don’t always do at a regular hotel. Would highly recommend this inn and the fact that parking was free, in a downtown location was an extra bonus. Very pet friendly too.🥰👍

Only thing maybe was that our room was next to kitchen and reception area so it was a little noisy at times, but because we were travelling with a pet we needed a ground floor room, l am sure the other rooms were fine.
