Very modern and loved the science theme running throughout the hotel. Cleo and Leo they were cool robots and were great for bringing up the extra towels. The digital technology pretty impressive. The manager on checking out on the 10/21 morning at approx 11am ( I apologise I have forgotten his name ) he was very professional, courteous and really listened to ideas I had to improve a few small issues we had experienced. I felt confident he was going to address these minor issues and was very kind in offering a gesture of goodwill. Aubrey was charming. He took time to get to know you and he was interested in you and genuinely warm. He thanked us for our support in choosing to stay at the hotel a lovely gesture. Nia was polite and really good at hosting. Keep up the good work Nia. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ever that I have slept in.

While staying at the hotel Nicholas was a great helps. I had a cake delivery that got misplaced and Nicholas took the extra care to make sure it was found and delivered promptly. The room was large with a great view of the city. I loved that it was freshen up daily. It was a great location for walking to everyone we wanted to see. Starbucks Reserve, the Art Institute, the Bean and the river architecture tour. Adding on the breakfast vouchers was a great value. It was a bit of a splurge to stay here, but as it was my birthday, I was super happy with the decision and the entire stay.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Literally less than 10mins in walking to Michigan Ave. The rooms were spacious for me and my guy and we loved the boutique style of everything and how masculine/feminine everything was. The smell inside was also heavenly. Staff was also pretty amazing. They gave us suggestions on food and things to do. Will return for future visits.

The hotel is very interesting. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant. You have an amazon echo in the room that you can use for room service and other misc things. Room service is delivered with robots which is something I've never seen done before and gives it a very unique experience. The breakfast is not included since it's served by their restaurant, so you order what you like.

I loved everything about this hotel, it’s definitely the best option if you want to be close to michigan ave.

The only thing i didn’t like was we requested a microwave and no one called to tell us they were out. Also, when i called for maintenance twice they didn’t show up until the day before we left. Lastly, we had to ask maintenance to do another round of vacuuming the first night. However, they were all small issues, i would still come back whenever i’m in chicago!!

The beds were more comfortable than any hotel I’ve stayed at. The shower being open in the room made for an intimate stay for my husband and I.

When booking through a third party and choosing to pay upon arrival you have to present a credit card which is not the card I used to book and I did not have that card on me so I was screwed in that way because they would not just charge the card I had on file with booking.com. Only one working elevator.

The hotel delivered exactly what it sold, the reception staff always excellent, ready to serve and with a lot of education. Not to mention Nicholas who answered me quickly in the face of the situation we had with flight cancellation and everything else. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Loved the quirkiness of the design!

We had an end room, so the window was across from the bed and we could see into other windows. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we had a pull-down shade instead of a curtain like the other rooms, so it was either privacy or light. No way to get both.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! Very friendly from the doorman to the front desk staff. Enjoyed the robots that delivered extra towels to our room. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and well appointed.

The tv in the room didn’t work (wouldn’t turn on). Elevators take a long time (only 3 for high rise hotel). The bar in the hotel opens a little later than expected.

I ordered cake and was expecting a robot. Some guy delivered cake and held said cake with both hands, not a robot . If you’re looking for a robot and see a guy it’s a bummer.
