Staybridge Suites Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont, an IHG Hotel

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The Hotel is ideally placed for a business trip around the O'Hare Airport. Very convenient and the shuttle to the Airport also worked fine (I only used the shuttle going back as I directly went to a meeting upon arrival so I cannot judge pick-up). Breakfast was nice and diverse for American standard. All you needed. Even fresh fruits and the like. The lady doing the service was very nice and friendly. I cannot say that things were not replenished after nine. Once the fruit was gone but I pnly had to ask and immediately a fresh plate was brought. And they ALSO had real porcelain. Not ONLY the crappie plastic throwaway you often get in American Hotels (Although they had that as well). The gym was also well equipped for my needs. Room was nice and spacious and well equipped. All very satisfying

Although overall very clean, there was some hair on the ledge in the shower. The front desk personnel was really not helpful and I did not get an invoice which I desperately need for this business trip. The staff was just not willing to help and seemed very disinterested in my needs. They also noted the wrong time for my schedule (which luckily was not an issue as I was able to use the wished time nevertheless as there was still room)

Booked through a third party site without a problem. Extra amenities (extended parking, two way airport shuttle) were easy to add and met expectations. Note that you must call the hotel for a pickup shuttle at door #2. Prompt and efficient service all around. Highly likely to stay here again with the convenience of staying so close to O’hare.

The only thing we experienced that was mildly negative was that the employee checking us in could’ve been friendlier, however he did not offend us in any way.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport. This was right by the rental car return. So easy to drop it back. The hotel was extremely clean and attractive upon entry. We were super early but they sill tried to get our room for us but we decided to go into town for lunch instead. Our room was perfect. A nice size with an L shaped couch and very comfortable king size bed. Pillows were even labelled soft and firm. Excellent shower. Must give a shout out to Gordon. Such a sweetheart and so customer oriented.

staff was very accommodating . I had booked a king size suite for 3 nights. when I arrived it was after 5 in the afternoon and the room wasn't ready. After waiting for 1/2 hr the front desk upgraded me to a king Penthouse. very surprised and appreciative of the upgrade and it made my 3 night stay much better.

the only thing I have to complain about is that the doors are very loud opening and closing. I don't know if it was just on the floor I was staying on.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms clean and quiet. The pool was nice. They have multiple areas that you can sit at both inside and out. Easily accessible via the free shuttle to and from the airport. This is my 2nd stay in a month and will definitely book again.

It's an ok hotel if you need to stay near the airport for a night and don't what to go anywhere. The location is remote, but they have a good restaurant.

You need to call for the airport shuttle... and that's ok. But I had to call 3 times before the shuttle came 40 min later. They could have just said that 'take a taxi'!

The overall stay from checking in to checking out was easy

I didn't like that the sheets wasn't clean and a spot of blood was on the sheets and some mystery like a boogie or something but we came in at 11pm went back out came back to sleep at 2 we just sat up and slept on the couch

Location - near the airport; taxi fare was fair; cleanliness was evident everywhere I roamed; staff was helpful & friendly

I wish I could have stayed longer & eaten in the hotel restaurant. Also used the exercise room.

Very clean, room had amenities needed and staff was attentive to all needs

TV antenna keep loosing connection and couldn’t cast phone to tv even after putting password that appeared up on screen
